Publication: Telekomünikasyon sektörünün genelde ve Türkiye’de gelişim süreci ve sektörün Türkiye ve Çin açısından karşılaştırılması
Abstract
İletişim insanlık için her zaman önemli olmasının yanında; özellikle 2. Dünya Savaşı sırasında ve sonrasında görülen hızlı teknolojik gelişim ile ekonomik ve siyasi küreselleşme olgusunun her alanda etkin olmasına paralel olarak günümüzde gittikçe daha çok önem arz eden kavramlardan biri haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada iletişimin önemli kavramlarından biri olan telekomünikasyon ve telekomünikasyon sektörü ele alınmıştır. Telekomünikasyon sektörü içerisinde mobil iletişim hizmetleri sunan firmaların ve sektörün durumu incelenmiş ve Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti ile mukayeselere yer verilmiştir.Tarihsel bağlamda telekomünikasyon sektörüne bakış ile başlayan çalışma sektörün ortaya çıkışından itibaren karşılaştığı zorluklardan ve gösterdiği başarılardan bahsedilerek günümüzdeki durumu hakkında bilgiler sunularak günümüzde sağladığı faydalar ve uygulama alanlarına değinilmiştir. Sektörün daha iyi konuma gelebilmesi için alınan tedbirlerin belirlenmesi uluslararası ölçekte analizlere yer verilmiş ve pratik sonuçlar arz edilmiştir.
Communication has had an important role in humanity; it’s now one of the most important concepts with the help of the rapid development seen during and after World War II in parallel with the phenomenon of economic and political globalization having been effective in all areas.In this study, telecommunication which is one of the important concepts of communication are discussed in general and sector wise. The situation of the institutions and the sector in Turkey that provides mobile communication services within the telecommunication sector are examined and compared with the People's Republic of China.The difficulties encountered and the successes had by the sector since it first appeared are discussed from the point of view of the telecommunication sector in the historical context. Present situation is explained and the benefits& application areas of today are mentioned.In order for the sector to be in a better position, determination of the measures taken in the international scale is given and practical results are submitted.
