Abstract
SPOR İŞLETMELERİNDE ÇALISAN PERSONELİN TÜKENMİŞLİK DURUMUNUN İNCELENMESİ MUSTAFA OGUZ RAMAZANOGLU ÖZET Spor isletmeleri çalısanlarında, bulundukları görevleriyle ilgili olarak mesleksel anlamda duygusal tükenme, duyarsızlasmada artıs ve kisisel basarı duygusundaki tükenmislik düzeyini tespit etmek amacı ile stanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren spor komplekslerinde çalısan 107 erkek ve 61 kadın olmak üzere toplam 168 personele MBI MASLACKH TÜKENMSLK ENVANTER anket olarak uygulanmıstır. MBI Maslackh Tükenmislik Envanterini olusturan sorulara verilen cevapların puanlaması sonucunda; Duygusal tükenme, Duyarsızlasma ve Kisisel Basarı alt ölçeklerindeki puanlamaları tespit edilmis, yas, görev süresi, cinsiyet, medeni durumları ve Egitim düzeyi türü degiskenlere göre spor isletmelerinde çalısan kisilerdeki mesleki tükenmislik düzeylerine iliskin bulgular bilgisayar yardımıyla istatistiksel analizler yapılmıs ve degerlendirilmistir. Maslach Tükenmislik Envanteri genel puan degerlendirmesine göre; Duygusal tükenme alt ölçeginde: Erkek (10,3364) ve Kadın (11,8852) personelin ortalama puanları sonucunda, Duygusal tükenme oranının düsük oldugu, Duyarsızlasma alt ölçeginde: Erkek (3,5234) ve Kadın (3,3279) personelin ortalama puanları duyarsızlasma oranının düsük oldugu, Kisisel Basarı alt boyutunda: Erkek (24,4112) ve Kadın (22,3443) personelin ortalama puanları Kisisel Basarı oranının orta oldugu tespit edilmistir. Sonuç olarak, grup içi ve gruplar arası küçük farklılıklar olmasına ragmen, spor tesisi çalısanları genel olarak bulundukları ortamdan memnun oldukları tespit edilmistir. MBI MASLACH BURNOUT INVENTORY is applied 168 employees who are working on the sport complexes in stanbul that contains 107 men and 61 women in order to find out the level of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and diminishing personal accomplishment that they live corresponding to their jobs. With the result of giving points to the answers of the questions that compose MBI Maslach Burnout Inventory; grades of the subscales that are Emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization, and Diminishing Personal Accomplishment are confirmed, the findings about the burnout levels of employees who are working on the sport complexes are statistically analyized with the help of computer and evaluated according to the variables that are age, term of office, gender, marital status, and education level. According to the evaluation of all points in Maslach Burnout Inventory; it is confirmed that on the Emotional Exhaustion subscale: with the result of Male(10,3364) and Female(11,8852) employees’ average points, the ratio of emotional exhaustion is low; on the Depersonalization subscale: with the result of Male(3,5234) and Female(3,3279) employees’ average points, the ratio of depersonalization is low; on the Personal Accomplishment subscale: with the result of Male(24,4112) and Female(22,3443) employees’ average points, the ratio of personal accomplishment is medium. As a result, in spite of having little diferences between and inside the groups. In general to fixed workers of sport foundations are pleased to be present in the atmosphere.
