Abstract
Kredi kartı en çok kullanılan ödeme kartıdır. Kredi kartı kullanıcısı para çekebilir veya alışveriş yapabilir. Kredi kartı bu kolaylıklarıyla dünya çapında kullanımı giderek artmaktadır. Kredi kartı büyük bir ekonomik piyasaya sahiptir. Kredi kartı suçları her geçen gün artmaktadır. Bu durum kredi kartı kurumları için büyük bir problemdir. Kredi kartı sistemi kendi içerisinde riskler taşır. Sistemi savunma mekanizmaları yeterli değildir ve şirketler daha güvenli bir alışveriş için çalışmaktadırlar. Kredi kartı suistimalleri kredi kartı kullanıcılarını korkutmaktadır. Kredi kartı savunma sistemleri kredi kartı faillerine ortam hazırlamaktadır. Kredi kartı suçu failleri karmaşık yöntemler kullanmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmanın amacı ödeme aracı sistemlerini ve araçlarını, kredi kartı suistimal çeşitlerini, suçları, çeşitli ülkelere ait istatistiki verileri ve karşılaştırmalı hukuku incelemektir. Son bölümde Türkiye'deki kredi kartı suistimalleri incelenmektedir. Öncelikle kredi kartı suçlarına ilişkin uygulamada karşılaşılan problemler, yargısal görüşler ve tasarılar incelenmektedir.
