Kur’an’da ibadetlerin ortaya çıkışı, çeşitlenmesi ve fikhi bakımdan hükümleri

Abstract

Biz bu çalışmamızda namaz, oruç, hac, zekât, kurban vs. gibi ibadetlerin, Kur’an’da ortaya çıkışını, çeşitlenmesini ve fıkhî bakımdan hükümlerini ortaya çıkarmaya çalıştık. Bu ibadetleri ele alırken başta her ibadetin mahiyetine, tarihçesine, varsa çeşitlerine, Kur’an’dan delillerine ve fıkhî bakımdan hükümlerine ulaşmaya çalıştık. Ayrıca ibadetlerin tarihi gelişimini araştırırken Hz. Peygamberin dönemine inerek bu ibadetler o dönemde Hz. Peygamberin müdahalesiyle, düzenlemesiyle nasıl en son halini aldı ve kendi hayatında bunları ne zaman sistemli (düzenli) bir hale soktu ve nasıl uygulardı vs. gibi sorulara da cevap aramaya çalıştık. Yani araştırmamızda Kur’an’daki ibadetleri Hz. Peygamberin hayatına yerleştirirken bir bakıma onun ibadet hayatıyla birlikte, deyim yerinde ise ibadetlerin sîretini oluşturmaya çalıştık.

In our study, we tried to present the appearance and development of worships such as praying/ namaz, fasting/ oruj, obligatory alms/ zakat, pilgrimage/ hajj, sacrificy/ kurban and the other related issues in Islamic Law. During working in these kinds of worship, mainly we tried to reach the nature of them, and their development history, and their various styles if there were, and their basis from Kuranic verses, and their related rules of Islamic Law. Furthermore, while studing the development history of these kinds of worship we aim to go to the time of Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h.) and to find replies to some questions such as being put into organisation and practice of things we are concentrating on. For example, how the Prophet was able to arrange these kinds in their final and sistematic order of today? Briefly, we tried to present the prophetical story of worship besides arranging the kinds of worship originated from Kuran into Prophet Muhammad’s (p.b.u.h.) life.
