Publication: Kültür sanat programlarında format yapısı ve kurgu özellikleri: TRT 2 örneği
Abstract
KÜLTÜR SANAT PROGRAMLARINDA FORMAT YAPISI VE KURGU ÖZELLİKLERİ : TRT 2 ÖRNEĞİ Tek kanallı yayınlardan günümüze Türkiye’de ve dünyada kamu hizmeti yayıncılığı eski popülaritesini kaybetmiştir. Böylesi bir ortamdan da en çok kültür sanat içeriğiyle yayın yapan ve kaliteli yayıncılığı hedefleyen kanallar olumsuz yönde etkilenmiştir. Bu durum, toplumsal kültürün gelişmesinde büyük etkisi olan bu tür kanalların geleceği konusunda da endişeler yaratmıştır. Bu çalışma Türkiye’nin ilk kültür sanat kanalı olan TRT 2’nin görsel - içeriksel yapısı üzerindeki siyasi ve ekonomi politik dinamikleri ortaya koymayı amaçlamıştır. TRT 2’nin, 1995-2006 yılları arasında izleyici sayısındaki düşüş ve yaşanan yapısal değişimlerin nedeni kanalda yayınlanan programlardan örnekler izlenerek incelenmiştir. Böylece kanalın içinde bulunduğu bürokratik ve siyasi müdahalelere açık yapının, ekonomi politik etkiyle birlikte kanalın yayıncılık kalitesini düşürdüğü, kamu hizmeti görevini yerine getirmesini engellediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
FORMAT STRUCTURE AND EDITING FEATURES IN CULTURE ART PROGRAMMES: TRT 2 EXAMPLE From single channeled broadcastings to today public service broadcasting has lost its popularity in Turkey and in world. The channels broadcasting in culture art contents and aiming at qualified broadcasting are affected negatively from such an environment at most. This situation also created worries about the future of this kind of channels which had deep effects on the development of the social culture. This study aimed at displaying the political and economy political dynamics on the visual-content structure of TRT 2 which was the first culture art channel of Turkey. The reasons for the falls in the number of viewers of TRT 2 in 1995-2006 and structural changes were examined by tracing the examples of the programmes broadcasted on the channel. Therefore, it is concluded that the channel’s state structure which is bureaucratic and open to political interventions, with economy political effects, decrease the broadcasting quality of the channel and prevent it from fulfilling its public service duty.
