Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı il ve ilçe millî eğitim şube_x000D_
müdürleri ile il millî eğitim müdür yardımcılarının yenilikçi iş davranışları ile_x000D_
örgütsel destek algı düzeyleri aralarındaki ilişkiyi, yaş ve yöneticilik pozisyonu_x000D_
değişkenleri bakımından incelemektir. Çalışmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma evreni; 2018-2019 yılları arasında İstanbul ilinde_x000D_
görev yapan, İl Millî Eğitim Müdür Yardımcısı 11 kişi, İl Millî Eğitim Şube Müdürü 23 kişi ve İlçe Millî Eğitim Şube Müdürü 221 kişi olmak üzere toplamda 255_x000D_
kişiden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verileri; kişisel bilgi formu, algılanan örgütsel_x000D_
destek kısa formu ve yenilikçi iş davranışı ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Anket verileri SPSS 21.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçları göstermektedir ki; örgütsel destek konusunda eğitim yöneticileri, üst yöneticilerini;_x000D_
dürüst davranma, kararlardaki adalet, kaynakların adil dağıtımı, ödüllerde ve_x000D_
performansta adil değerlendirme, çatışma durumunda tarafsızlık, bireysel farklılıklara saygı ve ücret politikası gibi konularda orta derecede desteklemektedirler._x000D_
Yenilikçi iş davranışı konusunda ise eğitim yöneticilerinin, zor durumlarda yeni_x000D_
fikirler ürettikleri, yeni teknik ve metotlara açık oldukları, orijinal çözüm ürettikleri, yenilikçi fikir olduğunda heyecan duydukları, destekledikleri ve takdir_x000D_
ettikleri sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır.
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between innovative_x000D_ work behaviors and organizational support perception levels for The Ministry_x000D_ of National Education provincial with the district national education branch directors and provincial national education deputy directors in terms of age and_x000D_ managerial position variables. Relational scanning model was used in the study._x000D_ Study population of the research; consists of 255 people in total, which includes_x000D_ 11 of the Deputy Provincial Director of National Education, 23 of the Provincial Director of National Education and 221 of the District Director of National_x000D_ Education, who worked in Istanbul between 2018-2019. The data were collected_x000D_ using personal information form, perceived organizational support short form_x000D_ and innovative work behavior scale. Survey data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0_x000D_ program. The results of the study indicate that; regarding the training managers_x000D_ in organizational support, they were moderately supported by their top managers; such as fairness in decisions, fair distribution of resources, fair evaluation_x000D_ in rewards and performance, objectivity in case of conflict, respected for individual differences and wage policy. In terms of innovative business behavior, it has_x000D_ emerged that training managers produce new ideas in difficult situations, are_x000D_ open to new techniques and methods, produce original solutions, and excited,_x000D_ supported and appreciated for an innovative idea.
