Türk-Alman genel eğitim sistemlerinin karşılaştırılması

Abstract

TÜRK-ALMAN GENEL EĞİTİM SİSTEMLERİNİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI Geçmişten günümüze kadar, insanlık tarihi üzerinde etkili olan en önemli etkenlerden birisi de; eğitimdir. Bütün sahip olduğumuz bilginin; tecrübe ile başladığına şüphe yoktur. diyen İ.Kant'ın eğitime göndermesinden yola çıkıldığında ve birey ekseninden toplum eksenine geçildiğinde, toplumun sahip olduğu bilginin en önemli kaynağının da; şüphesiz eğitim sistemi olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Bir toplumu her açıdan etkileyen ve yönlendiren eğitim sisteminin; diğer toplumların eğitim sistemleri ile karşılaştırılması; karşılaştırmalı eğitim alanının ortaya çıkmasını sağlamıştır. Bu alanın genel amacı; en az iki eğitim sistemi arasındaki benzerlikleri, farklılıkları, problemleri ve diğer etkenleri; aynı paralelde incelemek ve araştırmaktır. Türk-Alman Genel Eğitim Sistemlerinin Karşılaştırılması adlı bu araştırma da, bir karşılaştırmalı eğitim araştırmasıdır. Türk Eğitim Sistemi ile Alman Eğitim Sistemini kapsayan bu araştırmanın genel amacı; iki sistem arasındaki benzerlikleri, farklılıkları, problemleri ve diğer etkenleri birbiriyle karşılaştırmak ve önerilerde bulunmaktır. Bu araştırma dokuz bölümden oluşmaktadır. mde Metodoloji bölümünü kapsamaktadır. Üçüncü bölüm; eğitim, eğitim sistemi ve karşılaştırmalı eğitim ile ilgili temel bilgileri içermektedir. Dördüncü bölüm; Federal Almanya Cumhuriyeti ile ilgili genel bilgileri, beşinci bölümde Alman Eğitim Sistemi ile ilgili genel bilgileri içermektedir. Altıncı bölüm; Türkiye Cumhuriyeti ile ilgili genel bilgileri, yedinci bölümde Türk Eğitim Sistemi ile ilgili genel bilgileri içermektedir. Sekizinci bölüm; elde edilen bulguların karşılaştırılmasını ve yorumlanmasını, dokuzuncu bölümde elde edilen sonuçları ve önerileri içermektedir. Bu araştırma da; sözkonusu olan eğitim sistemleri hakkında önemli sonuçlar elde edilmiş ve bu sonuçlara göre önerilerde bulunulmuştur. From the past to present, one of the most important factors which is effective on human history is education. Setting out from the evaluation of I.Kant, referring to his idea It is doubtless that all of the information, we have, starts with the experience. and transforming from the individual axis to society axis, it is possible to say that the most important source of information that society has is doubtlessly the educational system. Comparing of the education system, which effects and directs a society in all aspects with other societies' educational systems, provides comparative education area. General aim of this area is examining and searching for the similarities, differences, problems and other factors of at least two educational system in the same parallel. This research named Company of Turkish-German General Education System is also a comparative education research. General aim of this research including Turkish Educational System and German Educational System is to compare the similarities, differences, problems and other factors between the two systems and to make suggestions. This research is composed of nine sections. The first section titles Introduction, the second section includes Methodology parts. The third section contains education, educational system and the basic information related with comparative education. The forth section includes general information about Federal German Republic, the fifth section includes general information about German Educational System. The sixth section contains general information about The Turkish Republic, the seventh section contains general information about The Turkish Educational System. The eighth section dissuses about comparing and interpreting of findings obtained. The ninth section includes results and succestions. In this research, important results are obtained about related educational systems and suggestions are given according to these results.
