Abstract

Teknoloji akıllara durgunluk verecek bir şekilde ilerlemektedir. Bu kadar hızlı teknolojik gelişmeler, hayatın her alanını doğal olarak ticareti de etkilemekte ve dönüştürmektedir.Yapılacak olan çalışmanın konusu da internet ve bilgi çağı ile birlikte özellikle son yıllarda ortaya çıkan elektronik ticaretin ve vergisel boyutunun incelenmesi olacaktır.Bu tezde elektronik ticaretin, nihai tüketiciler, firmalar ve devlet ayağında oluşturduğu yenilikler ile açmış olduğu yeni alanın avantajları ve dezavantajları, vergisel boyutu ile birlikte incelenmeye gayret edilmiştir. E-ticaret her geçen gün çok hızlı bir şekilde büyürken, büyümenin kişi, kurum ve devletler bazındaki kontrolü çok daha önem kazanmakta ve boyutlarının ulaştığı çap açısından hangi çerçeveye oturtulması gerektiği hususunda birçok fikirler ortaya atılmaktadır.E-ticaretin getirdiği zaman ve emek tasarrufunun yanı sıra kişisel ve mali verilerin güvenliği de her geçen gün önem arz etmekte ve ağırlığını gittikçe hissettirmektedir.Technology is moving at a dizzying pace. Such rapid technological developments naturally affect and transform trade in every aspect of life.The subject of the study will be the investigation of the electronic commerce and its tax dimension, especially with the internet and information age.In this thesis, the advantages and disadvantages of the new area that electronic commerce has opened with the innovations in the end consumers, firms and the state has been tried to be examined together with the tax dimension.While e-commerce grows every day very quickly, control of growth on the basis of individuals, institutions and states becomes even more important and many ideas are put forward about the framework in which the dimensions reach the dimensions.In addition to the time and labor savings brought by e-commerce, the security of personal and financial data is increasing day by day and it is becoming more and more important.
