Türk siyasetinde karizmatik liderlik ve Recep Tayyip Erdoğan

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Türk siyasetinde önemli aktörlerden biri olarak değerlendirilen Muhtarların Recep Tayyip Erdoğan ile ilgili karizmatik liderlik algıları ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, karizmatik liderlik algısını ölçmek amacıyla Weber’in karizmatik liderlik teorisine uygun olarak hazırlanan sorularla çalışılmış ortaya çıkan bulgular değerlendirilmiştir.Çalışma soruları muhtarların Recep Tayyip Erdoğan ile ilgili görüş ve algıları dikkate alınarak hazırlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın Türk siyasetinde önemli aktörlerden biri olan muhtarlara göre karizmatik liderlik algısı ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır.Sonuçlar, kanaat önderi konumunda olan muhtarların Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın kahraman lider algısına sahip olduğunu, takipçileriyle arasında güçlü bir bağ olduğunu, takipçilerinin desteğiyle fevkalade bir güce sahip olduğunu, toplum, devlet yetkilileri ve genç nesil tarafından rol model olarak kabul edildiğini, statükoyu reddettiğini; riskli durumlarda doğru kararlar verebildiğini; kendini feda etmekten çekinmediğini; takipçileri ikna edebilen çok iyibir hatip olduğunu; sembol, hikaye ve sloganları kullanarak takipçilerinin farkındalığını arttırdığını; doğuştan gelen olağanüstü liderlik özelliklerine sahip olan kurtarıcı bir lider olduğunu değerlendirmeleri bakımından son derece önemli aktörler olduğunu göstermiştir.Sonuç olarak yerel düzeyde siyasetin belirlenmesinde etkin olan Muhtarların, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın karizmatik liderlik algılarını değerlendirmek açısından kayda değer öneme sahip olduğu görülmüştür.

In this study, It’s searched Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s physical and personality characteristics in the point of view of the chief of village whether they have charismatic leadership perception. Within the scope of the study, it was examined that preparing the questions according to Weber’s charismatic leadership theory which surveys charismatic leadership perception, having the data and interpretation of them. The questions are thought andprepared according to village cheif’s leadership view, perception and consideration of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. In this research, It is tried to evaluate Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s leader perception of the chief of village who are accepted one of the most important actors in Turkish politics. The results have shown us the chief of village who are in the position of the opinion leaders, are crucial important actors as evaluating the charismatic leadersip perception of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s leadership perceptions on the scope of followers are; he has a heroic leadership perception; he has powerful connection with his followers; he has a marvellous power with the support of his followers;he is accepted as a role model for the society, state executives and the young generations; he rejects the status quo, he has well-directed decisisons at the risk taking situations, he doesn’t abstain fromsacrifising himself, he is a successful rhetorician for persuading his followers, he raises the awareness of followers by using the symbols, anecdotes and mottos, he is a liberator leader and has innate extraordinary leadership features. All these datas are verified according to this research.
