İç Kontrol Odaklı Girişimcilik Ölçeği Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Abstract

Girişimcilik, ülke ekonomilerinin büyümesine katkı sağlayan önemli faktörlerden biridir. Değişen_x000D_ koşullara uyum sağlayabilmek için akademisyenlerin bireysel olarak girişimciliğe yönelik_x000D_ çabalarının olduğu görülmektedir. Bu doğrultuda araştırmada akademisyenlerin iç kontrol odaklı_x000D_ girişimcilik eğilimlerini tespit edebilmeye yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmek_x000D_ amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye genelindeki üniversitelerde görev yapan_x000D_ akademisyenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini basit seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemi ile_x000D_ seçilmiş olan 571 akademisyen oluşturmaktadır. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda 7 faktör_x000D_ belirlenmiştir. İç kontrol odaklı girişimcilik ölçeğine ilişkin Cronbach Alpha katsayısı 0.894 değeri_x000D_ ile çok yüksek bulunmuş ve geliştirilmiş olan ölçeğin akademisyenlerin iç kontrol odaklı girişimcilik_x000D_ eğilimlerini ölçebilecek geçerliğe ve güvenirliğe sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Entrepreneurship is one of the important factors contributing to the growth of national economies._x000D_ It is seen that academics have individual efforts towards entrepreneurship in order to adapt to_x000D_ changing conditions. In this direction, it was aimed to develop a valid and reliable scale to determine_x000D_ the entrepreneurship tendencies of academicians internal locus of control.The research universe_x000D_ consists academics working in universities in Turkey. The sample of the study consists of 571_x000D_ academicians selected from using simple random sampling method. As a result of factor analysis, 7_x000D_ factors were determined. The Cronbach Alpha coefficient of the Internal Locus of Control_x000D_ Entrepreneurship scale was found to be very high with a value of 0.894 and it was determined that_x000D_ the scale developed has the validity and reliability to measure the entrepreneurship tendencies of_x000D_ academicians internal locus of control.
