Uluslararası rekabet gücü ve ulusal inovasyon sistemi : Türkiye otomotiv sanayi örneği

Abstract

ÖZULUSLARARASI REKABET GÜCÜ VE ULUSAL İNOVASYON SİSTEMİ: TÜRKİYE OTOMOTİV SANAYİ ÖRNEĞİUluslararası rekabetin yapısı zaman içerisinde değişim gösterek oldukça kompleks bir yapıya bürünmüştür. Ülke ekonomi politikalarının nihai amacının refah seviyesinde artışı sağlamak olduğu düşünüldüğünde, uluslararası rekabet ile refah düzeyi arasında yakın bir ilişkinin olduğu açıktır. Dünya düzenindeki değişime paralel olarak uluslararası rekabet gücü motivasyon kaynakları farklılaşarak, teknolojik inovasyona doğru eğilim göstermiştir. İnovasyonun sistemsel olarak gelişimi ile ortaya çıkan ulusal inovasyon sistemi, ülkelerin rekabet gücü elde etmelerinde belirleyici olmuştur. Bu noktadan hareketle çalışmamızda, ulusal inovasyon sistemi unsurları ve ülke örnekleri ile birlikte ele alınarak; ekonomide dinamo sanayiyi oluşturan otomotiv üzerinden ulusal inovasyon sisteminin Türk otomotiv sanayisine olan etkisi değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır.

ABSTRACTINTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS AND NATIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEM: CASE OF TURKEY’S AUTOMATIVE INDUSTRYAlong with the change over time in the international competition, the very structure of it became quite complex. Considering that the ultimate aim of national economy policies is to increase the level of welfare in the first place, it is indisputable that there is a close relationship between international competition and welfare. In parallel with the change in the world order, motivational resources of international competitiveness themselves have alternated by showing an inclination towards technological innovation. The national innovation system, which emerged with the systematic development of innovation, has been played a decisive role in achievement of competitiveness by countries. By taking the components of national innovation system with models from countries taken into consideration, in this study, the impact of national innovation system on Turkish automotive industry which constitutes dynamo industry in economy has been tried to be evaluated.
