Besleme uygulamaları ve yapısı anketi Türkçe geçerlilik güvenilirlik çalışması

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmada Besleme Uygulamaları ve Yapısı Anketi’nin Türkçe geçerlilik güvenirliğini değerlendirmek amaçlanmıştır.Gereç ve Yöntem: İki-5 yaş aralığında okul öncesi dönem çocuklarının ebeveynleri ile yürütülen çalışmada, 314 ebeveyne Besleme Uygulamaları ve Yapısı Anketi ile demografik anket formu uygulanmıştır. Ebeveynlere ait antropometrik özellikler için BKİ değerleri kullanılmıştır. Çocuklar için ise Z skor değerleri WHO Anthro Plus kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Anketin geçerlik güvenirliği değerlendirilirken kapsam geçerliği, iç geçerlik, dış geçerlik, Cronbach alfa güvenirlik katsayısı ve test-tekrar test güvenirliği incelenmiştir. Rasch analizi ile madde-kişi ayrımı ve madde-kişi ortalama kare uyum istatistikleri değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Anketin kapsam geçerlik indeksi tüm maddeler için 0,80’inin üzerinde bulunmuştur. Cronbach alfa katsayısı 0,74’tür. Test-tekrar test analizinde tüm maddeler için anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur (p<0,01). Rasch analizine göre kişi ayırma indeksi 1,57, madde ayırma indeksi ise 11,93 olarak bulunmuştur. Bu nedenle verilerin çok yüksek madde güvenirliğine (0,99) sahip olduğu, kişi güvenirliğinin (0,71) ise oldukça düşük olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yirmi yedi maddenin her birinin uygunluk içi ve uygunluk dışı ortalama kare istatistikleri beklenen değerler arasında yer almıştır (0,60-1,40).Sonuç: Bu çalışma, Besleme Uygulamaları ve Yapısı Anketi’nin güvenilir olduğunu, örneklem nedeniyle geçerli olmadığını göstermiştir.

Objective: In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the validity reliability of the Feeding Practices and Structure Questionnaire in Turkish.Material and methods: In the study conducted with parents of preschool children aged 2-5 years; Feed Practices and Structure Questionnaire and demographic questionnaire forms were applied to 314 parents. BMI values were used for anthropometric features of parents. For children, Z score values were determined using the WHO Anthro Plus program. While evaluating the validity reliability of the questionnaire, the content validity, internal validity, external validity, Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient and test-retest reliability were examined. Item-person distinction and item-person mean square fit statistics were evaluated with Rasch analysis.Results: The content validity index of the questionnaire was found above 0.80 for all items. Cronbach's alpha coefficient is 0.74. In test-retest analysis, a significant difference was found for all items (p <0.01). According to the Rasch analysis, the person separation index was found to be 1.57 and the item separation index as 11.93. For this reason, it was determined that the data had very high item reliability (0.99), and the person's reliability (0.71) was quite low. In-compliance and non-compliance mean square statistics for each of the 27 items were among the expected values (0.60-1.40).Conclusion: This study showed that the Feeding Practices and Structure Questionnaire is reliable and not valid due to the sample.
