Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Osmanlı Devleti’nin en gelişmiş dönemlerinde yetişen büyük İslam alimi Molla Gürani’nin tefsir alanında yazdığı “Gayetü’l-Emani fi Tefsiri’l-Kelami’r-Rabbani” adlı eserinde ayetlerin tefsirini yaparken hadislerle istişhad yöntemine odaklanılmıştır. Konu olarak, “Molla Gürani’nin Tefsirinde Hadisle İstişhadı” adlı tez çalışmamızda Molla Gürani’nin hayatına, yaşadığı çevreye, yetişmesine, hocalarına, talebelerine, eserlerine, etkilendiği ve etkilediği şahıs ve ekollelere kısaca değinildikten sonra, tefsirinde hadislerle istişhad bakımından, fıkıh, kelam, i’câzu’l-Kur’an, Arap dili ve belağatı ele alınmıştır. Özellikle Molla Gürani’nin Gayetu’l-Emani fi Tefsiri’l-Kelami’r-Rabbani adlı tefsiri bağlamında hadisle istişhad ederken kullandığı metodu ve diğer rivayet tefsir metodundan ayıran özellikler üzerinde durulmuştur. Araştırma iki bölümden oluşmaktadır: Giriş kısmında; araştırmamızın konusu, önemi, amacı, kapsamı, sınırları ve takip edeceğimiz yöntemi ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Birinci bölümde, Molla Gürani’nin hayatı, ilmi şahsiyeti ve eserleri üzerine durduktan sonra, çalışmamızın temel kaynağı olan Gayetu’l-Emani fi Tefsiri’l-Kelami’r-Rabbani adlı Molla Gürani’nin esirini kısaca tanıttık, yani bu konularda temel bilgiler vermeyi hedefledik. İkinci bölümde ise, Molla Gürani’nin Gayetu’l-Emani fi Tefsiri’l-Kelami’r-Rabbani adlı eserinde ayetlerin tefsirinde işlemiş olduğu konulara dair hadislerle istişhadından yola çıkarak konunun işleyiş metodunu rivayet yönünden bazı örneklerle tezimizin kapsamına göre detaylıca ele almaya çalıştık. Akabinde dirayet yönünden garibu’l-Kur’an, i’câzu’l-Kur’an, kelam, fıkıh, nâsih-mensuh, mübhematü’l-Kur’an, emasalü’l-Kur’an, Arap dili ve belağatta hadisle istişhad yöntemini bazı örneklerle ele almaya gayret ettik. Çalışmamızın son kısmında ise, hangi sonuçlara vardığımızı zikretmek suretıyle tezimizi sona erdirdik.
This study focuses on the methodology of citing hadiths in the exegesis of verses in Molla Gürani’s work titled Gayetü’l-Emani fi Tefsiri’l-Kelami’r-Rabbani, authored during the peak of the Ottoman Empire by the prominent Islamic scholar Molla Gürani. In the thesis titled “The Use of Hadith in Molla Gürani’s Exegesis,” we briefly discuss Molla Gürani’s life, the context in which he lived, his education, his teachers and students, his works, and the individuals and schools of thought that influenced and were influenced by him. Following this overview, we examine his use of hadiths in exegesis, particularly in relation to jurisprudence, theology, miraculous aspects of the Quran, the Arabic language, and rhetoric. Special emphasis is placed on the methodology he employed when citing hadiths in Gayetü’l-Emani fi Tefsiri’l-Kelami’r-Rabbani, highlighting the features that distinguish his approach from other narrative exegesis methodologies. The research is divided into two sections. In the introduction, we aim to outline the subject, significance, objectives, scope, limitations, and methodology of our study. The first section discusses Molla Gürani’s life, scholarly personality, and works. We provide a brief introduction to Gayetü’l-Emani fi Tefsiri’l-Kelami’r-Rabbani, which serves as the primary source of our study, aiming to furnish fundamental information on these topics. In the second section, we analyze the topics addressed in the exegesis of verses in Gayetü’l-Emani fi Tefsiri’l-Kelami’r-Rabbani through the lens of hadith citation, exploring the methodological approach with reference to narrative traditions and illustrating it with specific examples. Subsequently, we examine the methodology of citing hadiths in relation to the rare aspects of the Quran, miraculous elements of the Quran, theology, jurisprudence, abrogation and nasikh, ambiguous verses of the Quran, and rhetorical elements, using various examples. The final section of our work concludes with a summary of the findings and insights we have derived from this research.
