Sünen-i Erba'a'da mürsel hadis

Abstract

Bu tez, müteahhir dönemdeki anlamıyla kullanılan mürsel hadis ve râvilerini Sünen-i Erba‘a olarak bilinen Sünen-i İbn Mâce, Sünen-i Ebî Dâvûd, Sünen-i Tirmizî ve Sünen-i Nesâî özelinde incelemektedir. Tâbiînin rivayeti doğrudan Hz. Peygamber’e (s.a.v.) izafe ettiği hadis olan mürsel, söz konusu eserlerde tespit edilmiş, yoğun olarak bulunduğu konular ortaya konmuş ve bazılarının kullanım özelliklerine temas edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmada, mürsel hadis râvileri (mürsil) teşhis edilip mürsellerine işaret edilmiş, öne çıkanları müstakil olarak incelenmiştir. İlaveten, mürsil râviler beldeleri, vefat tarihleri ve tabakaları açısından gündeme getirilmiştir.

This thesis studies the use of mursal hadith in four famous sunan books, i.e. the books of İbn Māja, Abū Dāwūd, Tirmidhī and Nasāī. Mursal, which is ahadith narrated directly from the prophet by a tabii, is identified in these works, the main subjects in which it is intensively used put forward, and how some of its examples are used is mentioned. Besides, narrators of mursal hadith (mursil) are identified and the mursals they narrated are pointed out, the prominent ones among them are examined seperately. In addition, the mursal hadith narrators (mursil) are discussed within the context of their towns of origin, their dates of death and the class of narrators they belong.
