Kavâidü't-Tefsîr Cem'an ve Dirâseten adlı eser bağlamında tefsir ilminin kâideleri

Abstract

Tefsir disiplininin müdevven-hakiki bir ilim olup olmadığı gelenekte tartışıl-dığı gibi bugün de tartışılmaktadır. Bu tartışma genelde tefsirin meselelerini kendilerine arz ederek sağlamasını yapacağı yeterli sayıda kâidesinin bulunmadığı temelinde yürütülmektedir. Bu bağlamda tefsirin eczâu’l-ulûm olarak isimlendirilen bilim kriterlerinden mebâdî kriterini karşılamadığını dolayısıyla tefsirden bir ilim olarak bahsedilemeyeceğini savunanlar olduğu gibi tefsirin kâidelerinin bulunduğunu yeterli mesai harcandığında mevcut kâidelerden daha fazlasının da tespit edilebileceğini bu yüzden fıkıh, kelam, tasavvuf disiplinlerine nasıl ilim deniliyorsa tefsire de ilim denilebileceğini savunanlar da bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle kavâidü’t-tefsirin mahiyeti, önemi, ilişkili olduğu kavramlar incelenmiş ardından tefsir kâidesi devşirilen/ derlenen kaynaklar tespit edilmiştir. Bu vesileyle tefsir kâidesi olarak adlandırılan kâidelerin ne kadarının tefsire özgü olduğu tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu konuyu tüm kavâidü’t-tefsir eserleri üzerinden çalışmak zor olacağı ve sınırlarını aşacağı için bir eser belirlenmiş ve o eser üzerinden tespit ve tahlillerde bulunulmuştur. Bu çalışma en çok tefsir kâidesi barındıran kavâidü’t-tefsir eseri olarak kabul edilen Hâlid b. Osman es-Sebt’in Kavâidü’t-Tefsîr Cem‘an ve Dirâseten adlı eseri üzerinden gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu eserdeki kâideler üzerinden tefsirin kendine has kuralları olduğu dolayısıyla tefsirin müdevven bir ilim olarak isimlendirilebileceği ayrıca tefsir adı altında üretilen çeşitli yorumların sağlamasını yapabilecek ilke ve esasların var olduğu gösterilmek istenmiştir.

The discussion of the discipline of tafsir is a systematic science or not, dis-cussed today as it has been discussed in the tradition. This discussion is generally maintained on the idea that tafsir does not have a sufficient number of principles that critic the issues of tafsir. In this context, some argue that tafsir does not fulfill the cri-teria of mebadi that is included in the eczâu’l-ulûm, claimed that tafsir is not a sys-tematic science. On the other hand, some argue that tafsir has enough principles. They even say that the number of principles could be increased with working. So it could be accepted as a systematic science like Islamic jurisprudence, kalam, and tasawwuf. First of all, the definition, importance, and related concepts of kavaidü't-tafsir were examined in this study. Secondly, the sources that include the principles of tafsir were detected. After that, it has been tried to determine how many of the rules that are called tafsir rules are specific to tafsir. Since it would be difficult to study this subject over all the works of kavâidü't-tafsir and it would exceed the limits of the thesis, just a book was chosen and determinations and analyzes were made on that book. This study was made on the book of Hâlid b. Osman es-Sebt’s Kavâidü’t-Tefsîr Cem‘an ve Dirâseten that includes the most number of principles of tafsir. Based on the principles of this book, it is aimed to show that tafsir has its own rules therefore tafsir can be accepted as a systematic science, and also there are some rules and principles that con-firm the various comments that are produced in the name of tafsir.
