DEĞİŞİM YÖNETİMİNDE İÇDENETÇİNİN ROLÜ

Abstract

Dünya her gün daha da büyük bir hızla değişmekte ve biz aynı kaldığımız her an geri kalmaktayız.Bu nedenle de özellikle son yıllarda gerek global olarak iş dünyasında gerekse meslek grupları açısındanbelki de en çok tartışılan konulardan biri değişimdir. Konu, çeşitli makalelerde, kitaplardaele alınmakla kalmayıp son yıllarda bunların yanı sıra değişim yönetimi başlığı altında kongreler dedüzenlenmektedir. Tüm bu faaliyetler iç denetçiler de dahil olmak üzere tüm meslek gruplarına bukonuda dünyanın nereye gittiğini gösterebilmeyi, bu konuda neler yapılması gerektiğini anlatabilmeyihedeflemekte ve işletmelerin sürdürülebilir olmaları adına konunun önemini vurgulamaya çalışmaktadır.Bu çalışmada değişim yönetiminde iç denetim süreci ve iç denetçilerin rolleri açıklanmıştır.

The world is changing faster every single day, and we lag behind if we stay the same. For this reason, one of the most controversial issues in the business world and professional groups is the notion of change, especially in the recent years. The subject is not only covered in various articles and books, but in recent years, congresses have been organized under the title of change management. All these activities aim to show all occupational groups, including internal auditors, where the world is going in this regard, to explain what should be done in this regard, and try to emphasize the importance of the issue for the sustainability of businesses. In this study, the internal audit process and the roles of internal auditors in change management are explained.
