Abstract
Giysileri daha uzun süre ve konforlu bir şekilde kullanmak için bakım talimatlarına uyulmalıdır.Bu çalışmada kullanma talimatlarının tüketici tarafından bilinip bilinmediği sorgulanmıştır. Bu sorgulama işlemi İstanbul'un değişik ilçelerinde 250 tüketiciyle yapılan yüzyüze anket yoluyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak ütüleme dışındaki talimatların tüketiciler tarafından yeterince bilinmediği sonucuna varılmıştır.
Maintenance instructions in other words, “care labels” should be complied for comfortable and longer time use of clothings. In this study, it was examined whether the care labels were known or not by the consumers. This questioning process was carried out through 250 consumers in different districts of Istanbul. As a conclusion of the study, the care labels except ironing are not known sufficiently by the consumers.
