Belge Yöneticilerinin Performans Yönetim Sistemi Süreci

Abstract

Son yıllarda bilginin önem kazanması ile birlikte, bilginin ve belgenin yönetimine verilen önem de artmaktadır. Özellikle yöneticilerin karar verme, planlama, ürün/hizmet geliştirme, müşteri ilişkilerini geliştirme gibi farklı süreçlerde oldukça fazla ihtiyaç duydukları bilgi/belge, işletmeleri bünyelerinde arşiv/belge yönetimi birimleri kurmaya ve bu birimlere daha fazla önem vermeye yönlendirmiştir. Arşiv/belge yönetimi birimlerinin etkin bir şekilde işlemesi ve üstlendikleri sorumlulukları en iyi şekilde yerine getirebilmeleri için bu birimlerde görev alan personelin performansının yüksek olması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışma ile arşiv/belge yönetimi birimlerinde görev alan çalışanların performans yönetim süreci ve bu süreç sırasında kullanılabilecek performans değerlendirme formları oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır.

In recent years, as the importance of information has increased, the importance of the access to the correct information and documents at the right time has also increased. This need has brought about the need to establish an effective information and records management system in organizations. In particular, such roles as decision making, planning, product/services development, customer relations which managers are involved with in organizations have led organizations to establish archives/records management departments within their structure and to give more importance to these departments. Archives/records management departments can operate effectively if their performance of the personnel is high. With this study, the performance management process is developed as well as the necessary performance appraisal forms to be used in this process for the personnel of the archives/records management departments.
