Abstract

retim Yönetimi, ERP ÖZET ÜRETİM YÖNETİMİNDE ERP SÜRECİ VE ALTIN SEKTÖRÜ ÜZERİNE BİR UYGULAMA Üretim yönetiminin pazarlama, finans, muhasebe, personel, yönetim bilgi sistemi ve mühendislik gibi diğer işlevleriyle çok yakın ilişkileri ve etkileşimleri vardır. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) en temel anlamıyla, tüm sektörleri hedef alan kurumun departmanlarını tek bir veri tabanında toplayıp tüm çalışanların müşterek veri paylaşımına izin veren bilgisayar sistemidir. Bu çalışmada ERP yazılımlarının özellikleri, seçim sürecine ilişkin kritik faktörler, sistem kurulumu ve başarılı bir uygulama için dikkat edilmesi gerekenlere değinilmiştir. ERP PROCESS IN PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT AND AN IMPLEMENTATION IN GOLD INDUSTRY Production management has a very close relationship and interaction with other functions of organization such as; marketing, finance accounting, human resource, management information systems and engineering. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) with the most basic sense, is a computer system which targets all sectors and collects the institution's department in a single database to allow data sharing for all users in the organization In this study, ERP software features, the critical factor in the selection process, system setup and essentials for a successful implementation have been mentioned. In addition, a set of critical issues in the gold industry, identified by process analysis of production are presented to the attention of decision makers.
