Görsel bir sanat dalı olarak fotoğraf ve yeni iletişim ortamlarının fotoğraf sanatındaki kullanımı

Abstract

Yeni İletişim Ortamları, Fotoğrafçılık ÖZET GÖRSEL BİR SANAT DALI OLARAK FOTOĞRAF VE YENİ İLETİŞİM ORTAMLARININ FOTOĞRAF SANATINDAKİ KULLANIMI Geleneksel süreçten sayısal sürece geçiş yapan ve hayata hızlı olmayı ekleyen bir yapılanma olarak karşımıza çıkan yeni iletişim ortamları, fotoğrafı da bir dönüşümden geçirmektedir. Bu çerçevede, fotoğraf; teknik müdahalelerden çoklu ortama, sanatsal dönüşümden toplumsal dönüşüme, bilgilerin güncellenmesinden fotoğrafın kullanım alanlarına kadar çok çeşitli kavramlar altında incelenmesi gereken bir alan haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışma ile fotoğrafın içerisinden geçtiği süreç ve bu gelişmelerin yol açtığı ekonomik, sosyolojik ve sanatsal etkiler anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Üzerinde hala pek çok önyargıyı barındıran sayısal fotoğrafın ne olduğu aslında pek çok kişi tarafından net olarak bilinmemektedir. Sayısal fotoğraf ayrı şey, fotoğraf ayrı şey değildir; sadece teknik süreç açısından fark bulunmaktadır. Sayısal fotoğraf ile geleneksel fotoğraf arasında karşılaştırılabilir bazı nesnel durumlar olmakla birlikte bu tartışmanın sürdürülmesi anlamsızdır. Key Words : New Communication Media, Photography

PHOTOGRAPHY AS A VISUAL ART BRANCH AND USAGE OF NEW COMMUNICATION MEDIA IN THE ART OF PHOTOGRAPHY New communication medias which come up as structuring that adds speed to life and leaves the traditional methods for the digital process also exposes the photography a transformation. In this case, photography becomes a field that should be analyzed under various notions such as updating the informations, utilization fields of photography, from technical interventions to multimedia and from artistic transformation to social novelty. With this thesis, process that photography undergoes and sociological, economical and artistic effects which is caused by these progresses is tried to be explained. Actually most of the people still doesn’t know what much prejudged digital photography is. Digital photography and photography is not different. While there are some objective issues that can be compared between digital photography and traditional photography, discussing this topic is meaningless.
