Publication: Genç erkek hentbolcuların, alt ekstremitelerine yönelik, instabil zemin üzerinde uygulanan propriyoseptif ve nöromüsküler egzersizlerin tek bacak dikey sıçrama performansı ve bacak kuvveti üzerindeki etkisi
Abstract
Amaç: Propriyoseptif egzersizler, genç sporcularda yaralanmaların önlenmesi ve atletik performansın gelişimi için önem taşımaktadır. Yapılan çalışmalarda propriyoseptif egzersizlerin sporcuların motorik özelliklerine olumlu etki ettiği gösterilmiştir. Bu tezin amacı instabil zeminde uygulanan, propriyoseptif ve nöromüsküler koordinasyon antrenman programının, tek bacak dikey sıçrama performansı ve bacak kuvvetine etkisini incelemektir.Gereç ve yöntem: Araştırmaya, antrenman grubu (AG) ve kontrol grubu (KG) olarak toplam 22 kişi (yaş: 15,86±1,08 yıl; boy: 181,25±6,75 cm; vücut ağırlığı: 75,10±13,74 kg) katılmıştır. AG (n=10) ve KG (n=12) en az üç yıl lisanslı hentbol oynayan farklı hentbol takımı oyuncularından oluşturulmuştur. KG (n=12) ise klasik hentbol antrenmanı yapan sporculardan oluşturulmuştur. Antrenman grubu 8 haftada, haftada 3 gün ve 2 saat süreyle toplam 24 antrenmana katılmıştır. Katılımcıların ön-son testlerinde dikey sıçrama ve bacak kuvveti ölçümleri alınmıştır.Bulgular: Gruplar arası yapılan analizlere göre antrenman grubu tek bacak dikey sıçrama ve bacak kuvveti ölçümlerinde kontrol grubuna göre, anlamlı düzeyde gelişim göstermiştir (p<0,05). Sonuç: Hentbol branşına özgü atletik performansın gelişimi ve yaralanmaların önlenmesi adına propriyoseptif egzersizler tarafımızca önerilmektedir.
Objective: Proprioceptive exercises are important for the prevention of injuries and the development of athletic performance in young athletes. Studies have shown that proprioceptive exercises have a positive effect on the motor capabilities of athletes. The aim of the thesis is to examine the effect of proprioceptive and neuromuscular coordination training program on single leg vertical jump performance and leg strength, which will be applied on the unstable surface.Material and methods: A total of 22 subjects (age: 15.86±1.08 years; height: 181.25±6.75 cm; weight: 75.10±13.74 kg) participated in our research as the training group (TG) and the control group (CG). TG (n=10) and CG (n=12) were formed from different handball team players who played handball for at least three years. KG (n=12) was composed of athletes doing classical handball training. The training group participated in a total of 24 training sessions in an 8-week period, 3 days in a week, lasted for 2 hours. Vertical jump and leg strength measurements were taken in the pre-post tests of the participants. Results: According to the analyzes between the groups, the training group showed a significant improvement in the single leg vertical jump and leg strength measurements compared to the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion: Proprioceptive exercises are recommended by us in order to develop athletic performance specific to the handball game and to prevent injuries.
