Publication: Sabahattin Kudret Aksal'ın eserlerinde bakış estetiği
Abstract
Bu çalışmada, görsel algının edebî metinlerdeki yansımaları ile bu algının estetik bir tercihe dönüşme süreci “bakış estetiği” kavramı ekseninde ele alınmakta; Sabahattin Kudret Aksal’ın şiir, öykü ve tiyatro eserlerinde bakış estetiğinin izleri sürülmekte ve sanatçının görme edimi aracılığıyla kurduğu anlam dünyası incelenmektedir. Sanatçının görmek ve bakmak eylemleri yoluyla oluşturduğu estetik tercihler, bireysel, kültürel ve düşünsel yansımalarıyla birlikte değerlendirilmektedir. Görsel algının kompozisyon, perspektif, odak noktası, nesne konumlandırması ve çevresel unsurlar açısından nasıl şekillendiği tartışılmakta; bu unsurların sanatçının poetikasına katkısı analiz edilmektedir. Yakın okuma yöntemiyle incelenen Aksal’ın tüm şiir, öykü ve tiyatro metinlerinden elde edilen verilerle sanatçının estetik duyumsayışı ortaya konmaktadır. Sabahattin Kudret Aksal’ın poetikasını anlamlandırma noktasında özgün bir katkı sağlamayı ve alanyazındaki kuramsal boşluğu doldurmayı hedeflemektedir.
This study examines the reflections of visual perception in literary texts and its transformation into an aesthetic preference through the concept of “aesthetics of the gaze.” It traces the aesthetics of the gaze in Sabahattin Kudret Aksal’s poetry, short stories, and theatrical works, and explores the world of meaning he constructs through the act of seeing. The aesthetic choices the artist makes through the acts of seeing and looking are evaluated along with their individual, cultural, and intellectual dimensions. The study discusses how visual perception is shaped in terms of composition, perspective, focal points, object positioning, and environmental elements, analyzing the contribution of these components to the artist's poetics. Through close reading of Aksal’s complete body of work—his poems, stories, and plays—the study reveals his aesthetic sensibility. It aims to offer an original contribution to the understanding of Sabahattin Kudret Aksal’s poetics and to fill a theoretical gap in the existing literature.
