İstanbul Kısmet-i Askeriyye Mahkemesi 98 numaralı 1160/ 1747 tarihli şer‘iyye sicili (vr. 51a-100b) inceleme ve metin

Abstract

Kassâm defterleri bize kaydedildikleri dönemin sosyal ve ekonomik durumları hakkında bilgi vermektedir. Tereke kayıtlarından eş, çocuk sayısı, meslekler, ünvanlar, lakaplar, eşyalar, giyim ve kuşam, Müslüman ve gayrimüslim halk vb. konularda veriler öğrenilmektedir. Tezimizde İstanbul Kısmet-i Askeriyye Mahkemesi 98 numaralı H.1160 ve M.1747 tarihlerini kapsayan kassâm defterinin transkripsiyonu yapılmıştır. Defter içinde 185 hüküm bulunmaktadır. Yaptığımız çalışma sonucunda o döneme ait sosyo- ekonomik yapı hakkında sonuçlar elde etmeye çalıştık. 98 numaralı kassâm defterini incelenmesi sonucunda ortaya çıkan bu çalışma ile Osmanlı toplumu hakkında genel bir fikir verilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Kassâm notebooks give us information about the social and economic conditions of the period in which they were recorded. From the estate records, the number of spouses, children, occupations, titles, nicknames, goods, clothing, Muslim and non-Muslim people etc.data is learned. İn our thesis, the transcription of the Kassâm book of the Istanbul Kismet-i Military Court numbered 98, covering the dates, H. 1160 and M. 1747 has been made. There are 185 provisions in the notebook. As a result of our study, we tried to obtain results about the socio- economic structure of that period. With this study, which emerged as a result of the examination of the Kassâm notebook numbered 98, a general idea about the Ottoman society was tried to be given.
