Publication: Hemşirelerin psikolojik sözleşme düzeyleri ve etkileyen faktörler
Abstract
Amaç: Araştırma, hemşirelerin psikolojik sözleşme düzeyleri ve etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma İstanbul’da 11 kamu hastanesinde, 05.09– 30.12.2017 tarihleri arasında, 329 hemşire ile gerçekleştirildi. Verilerin toplanmasında Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu ve Psikolojik Sözleşme Ölçeği kullanıldı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı tanımlayıcı istatistikler, Student t test, Oneway ANOVA test ve Bonferroni testi kullanıldı.Bulgular: Hemşirelerin %83,9’u kadın, %41,9’u 26-35 yaş grubunda, %60,5’i evli, %55,6’sı lisans mezunu olduğu, %46,5’i dahiliye servislerinde ve %59,6’sı 1-5 yıl bulunduğu kurumda ve %62,6’sı nöbet/ vardiya şeklinde, %43,8’i 40-45 saat çalıştığı, %51,4’ünün ise orta düzey gelire sahip olduğu görüldü. Hemşirelerin %62,6’sı nöbet/ vardiya şeklinde çalışmaktadır. Psikolojik Sözleşme Ölçeği toplam puan ortalamaları 2,46±0,48 olarak bulundu. 36 yaş ve üzeri olan hemşirelerin, kadın olan, evli, lisansüstü mezunu, dâhiliye ve cerrahide çalışan,16 yıl ve daha uzun süre kurumda çalışan, sorumlu hemşirelerin, 16-20 yıl mesleki deneyime sahip olan, gündüz çalışan, orta düzey gelire sahip, 40-45 saat çalışan hemşirelerin toplam psikolojik sözleşme puanları yüksek ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulundu.Sonuç: Araştırma sonucunda, hemşirelerin psikolojik sözleşmeleri orta düzey olarak bulundu. toplam puanlarının yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, kurumda çalışma süresi, pozisyon, deneyim süresi, çalışma biçimi, haftalık çalışma saati ve algılanan gelir durumu faktörlerinden etkilendiği görüldü.

İn the process of evaluating the study data, descriptive statistical methods, Student t Test, Oneway ANOVA Test and Bonferroni test were usedResults: % 83,9 of the nurses participated in the study were women, 41,9% were in the 26-35 age group, 60,5% were married, 55,6% were undergraduate, 46,5% were in internal services and 59,6% of them are working in the current institution for 1-5 years. The rate of working as a nurse is 86.3% and the ratio of nurses who have 1-5 years professional experience is 38.0%. 62.6% of the nurses work in watch/ shift mode. The ratio of nurses who worked 40-45 hours per week was 43.8%, the rate of nurses with intermediate income is 51.4%. The mean total score of the Psychological Contract Scale was 2,46 ± 0,48. Total psychological contract scores of the nurses who are 36 years of age and over, women, married, graduate, working internal and surgery servises, working in the institution for 16 years or more, responsible nurses, 16-20 years of professional experience, working in the day, with middle income, working 40-45 hours were found to be high and statistically significant.Conclusion: As a result of the research; psychological contract total scores were affected by age, gender, marital status, education status, duration of institutional work, position, duration of experience, shift style, weekly working hours and perceived income level factors.
