Basın işletmelerinde sosyal sorumluluk anlayışı ve uygulamadan örnekler

Abstract

Küreselleşmenin sonucu olarak işletmelerde yaşanan değişimler işletmeleri sadece kar elde eden kuruluşlar olmaktan çıkarmış, bunun yanı sıra işletmelerin sosyal bir misyonu olduğu gerçeğini de gözler önüne sermiştir. Rekabet avantajı yakalayabilmek için farklılık yaratmanın çok önemli olduğu günümüzde sosyal sorumluluk bilincine sahip olan işletmeler, bu şartlarda bir adım öne çıkmaktadırlar. Bu çalışma ile günümüzde sosyal sorumluluk projelerinin önemi, gerekliliği ve basın işletmelerinin gerçekleştirmiş olduğu projelerle sosyal sorumluluk anlayışının avantajları analiz edilmiştir.

The changes which occured as a result of globalization has also effected enterprises. In addition to the image of profit focused enterprises, the fact that enterprises do have social missions is now more obvious. Enterprises which are aware of the their social responsibilities have the chance to become superior than their rivals since innovation gives a big competitive advantage to the one who makes it. The necessity and importance of social responsibility projects and also the competitive advantages of these projects for media enterprises have been analyzed in this thesis.
