The significance of the function of education in human resources in creating difference and superiority for the organization

Abstract

Günümüzde firmaların vahşi rekabet ortamında varlıklarını korumaları ve üstünlük sağlayabilmeleri; bilinen ve uygulana gelen; rekabet şartlarında ayakta kalma; stratejilerinden farklı bir yapıyı ve uygulamayı gerekli kılmaktadır. Teknolojinin hızla gelişmeye devam etmesi, rekabetin şiddetlenerek artması, müşteri beklentilerinin hızla değişmesi, bilgi teknolojilerinin gelişerek, bilgi iletişim, ağ sistemlerinin kurulması ile birlikte, bilginin en önemli rekabet üstü bir değer yarattığı bu süreçte, işletmelerin var olabilmesi için sürekli değişime ve gelişime adapte olabilmesi gerekir. Bilginin giderek sermaye ve zenginlik yaratan stratejik kaynak haline gelmekte olduğu ekonomik ve toplumsal anlayış, işletmelere ciddi sorumluluklar yüklemektedir. Bir işletmenin bilgiyi özümsemesi ve kullanabiliyor olması firma içerisinde çalışan personelin bu bilgi birikimine sahip olması ile gerçekleşmektedir. Bu nedenle firmalarda her birimi oluşturan ve her kaynağın kullanıcısı ve sahibi olan insan kaynağının değeri ve insan kaynağının geliştirilmesine yönelik çalışmalar ve eğilimler her geçen gün önemini arttırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; rekabette üstünlük sağlamada insan kaynaklarının eğitim fonksiyonunun yeri ve önemi gelişmekte olan bir sektörümüz olan Mobilya sektörü açısından değerlendirilmiştir.Nowadays its getting harder for the organizations to survive in the fierce competitive environment. So they should apply some other strategies to protect their place in sector and also to create differences and superiority against the other competiters. As technology continues to develop rapidly, competition gets fiercer, consumer expectations change, information technologies gets widespread , communication and network systems are founded and information creates a superior value. Organizations have to change and adapt continuously to maintain their existence. The new economic and societal perspective, in which information becomes a strategic resource which creates capital and richness, gives organizations serious responsibilities. For the organization to adopt and use an information, the personnel ,working in the organization, should have the knowledge of this organization. Thus, The studies and tendencies towards the development of the human resources and its values, which influences every unit in the organization, become more significant everyday. In this study; the significance of the functıon of educatıon on human resources in creatıng dıfference and superıorty for the organızatıon has been inquired in the developing Furniture sector.
