In the first part, performance appraisal will be explained. It will begin with general definitions and uses of the performance appraisal. Detailed information will be given about the definition of performance methods, the methods of performance appraisal management and problems of performance appraisal. The second part will consist of the explanation of online performance appraisal process. It will begin with general information about human resources information system and basic technical concepts of online performance appraisal. Detailed information and comparisons will be given about online performance appraisal softwares. Finally, the last part of the study will be a research of online performance appraisal on XYZ Holding Company. The research will be about the relation between the perception of quality of online performance appraisal, belief of online performance appraisal and perception of quality of online performance appraisal software.
