Abstract
Bu çalışmada; eğitimcilerin görüşlerine göre, Türkiye’deki bazı eğitim sorunlarına ilişkin konuların,sözleşmeli okul modelinin başarı bileşenleriyle nasıl bir ilişki içerisinde olduğunun ortaya çıkarılmasıamaçlanmıştır. Çalışma karma araştırma modeline uygun şekilde desenlenmiştir. Devlet okullarında çalışanöğretmenler, okul müdürleri ile maarif müfettişleri, Türkiye’deki devlet ya da vakıf üniversitelerinin eğitimfakültelerinde görev yapan akademisyenlerden oluşan ve yüz yüze görüşmelerde 30, anket uygulamasında 583olmak üzere toplam 613 katılımcıdan veri toplanmıştır. Nitel veri; araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanmış olan yarıyapılandırılmış görüşme formu yardımıyla elde edilmiş ve veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile çözümlenmiştir. Analizsonucunda, Türkiye’deki eğitim sistemine ilişkin problemlerin bir bölümünün sözleşmeli okul yapısına işlerlikkazandırılarak çözümlenebileceği düşüncesi öne çıkmıştır. Bu araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlar tartışılarakönerilerde bulunulmuştur.
Purpose of this study is to reveal how problems of educational system in Turkey might be solved with_x000D_ success components of charter school models according to the educators’ perceptions. Mixed research method_x000D_ design was used in this study. Data was gathered from 613 participants that consists of teachers and school_x000D_ principals that were employed in public schools, supervisors and academics that were employed in state and_x000D_ foundation universities in Turkey. Semi-structured interview form was prepared by the researchers was deviced_x000D_ from 30 participants and qualitative data was analysed; quantitative data was gathered from 583 participants via_x000D_ survey that was created by the researchers and analysed by using computer program. As a result of the analysis, it_x000D_ was emerged that some of the problems that were related to educational system of Turkey, might be solved by_x000D_ using charter school’s some of the components.
