Pert-CPM ile proje planlama, değerlendirme bir işletme uygulaması

Abstract

PERT-CPM İLE PROJE PLANLAMA, DEĞERLENDİRME VE BİR İŞLETME UYGULAMASI Artan rekabet ortamı, projelerin öngörülen zamanda ve belirlenmiş kaynaklarla tamamlanmalarını zorunlu hale getirmektedir. Projelerin gecikmeden, belirlenmiş mevcut şartlar dahilinde tamamlanabilmeleri için; etkili bir proje yönetimine ihtiyaç duyulmakta ve bu gereksinimlerin karşılanmasında proje planlama tekniklerinden yararlanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada proje yönetiminin önemli bir basamağını oluşturan, proje planlama teknikleri incelenmiş; bu tekniklerden günümüzde en çok tercih edilen CPM ile bir inşaat projesine ait iş oluşturulmuş ve son olarak da hazırlanan ilerleme tabloları aracılığı ile işin takip ve kontrolü gerçekleştirilmiştir.

PROJECT PLANNING & REVIEW WITH PERT-CPM AND A CASE STUDY ON AN INDUSTRY PRACTICE It has become compulsory for the projects to be concluded within a specified time and budget due to the increasing competency. There is a necessity for an effective project management approach for the projects to be completed without delay and as per the existing constraints; project planning techniques are utilized to meet those constraints. In this study, the project planning techniques, one of the important project management tools, were evaluated; a business plan to a construction practice was shaped with the most widely preferred method – CPM – and the work was monitored via the progress table sheets.
