reselleşme, hizmet ticareti ÖZET HİZMET TİCARETİNİN SERBESTLEŞTİRİLMESİ Son yıllarda ulaşım ve iletişim teknolojilerinde yaşanan gelişmeler, uluslararası alanda ticari ilişkilerin hızla gelişmesini sağlamıştır. Küreselleşmenin engellenemeyen hızı, mal ve hizmet piyasalarının serbestleşmesine sebep olmuş, ülkeler arası mesafelerin önemi yok denecek kadar azalmıştır. Küreselleşme ile birlikte gelen ağır rekabet şartlarında ekonominin ayakta kalabilmesinin tek çözümü gün geçtikçe daha da genişleyen bu ekonomik küresel ağa entegre olmakta yatmaktadır. Bunun için serbestliği mal piyasalarına göre gün geçtikçe daha da artan hizmetler sektörünün “serbestleşme” sürecinin daha ayrıntılı olarak incelenmesine ihtiyaç vardır. LIBERALIZATON OF TRADE IN SERVICES The developments in transportation and communication technologies in recent years lead swift progress in commercial relations on the international stage. The inevitable speed of globalization caused asset and capital market to be freed and the importance of distance among the countries have considerably reduced. The only solution for economy to stand under the heavy competence that came with the globalization is integration of global economic network that expands by the day. Therefore the freedom of‘ 'liberalization’ process of service sector that rises according to goods market needs to be examined thoroughly.
