Abstract
BİREYSEL EMEKLİLİK SİSTEMİNİN SOSYAL GÜVENLİK SİSTEMİNE KATKILARI ve TÜRKİYE ÖRNEĞİ Bireysel Emeklilik Sisteminin Sosyal Güvenlik Sistemine Katkıları ve Türkiye Örneği adlı çalışmamda, sosyal güvenlik reformu çerçevesinde oluşturulan Bireysel Emeklilik Sistemi tanıtılmış ve Türk Sosyal Güvenlik Sistemine ne şekilde katkı yapacağı araştırılmıştır. Türkiye’ de Bireysel Emeklilik Sistemine ihtiyaç duyulmasının sebepleri anlatılmış ve Bireysel Emeklilik Sisteminin ne olduğu konusunda bilgi verilmiştir. Dünya’daki örneklerinden de yola çıkararak sistemin Türkiye için gerekliliği ortaya konmuştur. Türkiye’ nin Sosyal Güvenlik Sisteminin işleyişine yer verilmiş, yeni sosyal güvenlik reformundan bahsedilmiş ve hem bireysel emeklilik şirketlerinden uzman kişilerle hem de Emeklilik Şirketleri dışındaki uzman kişilerle görüşülerek bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucu ortaya çıkan bulgulardan; tamamlanması gereken yönleri, avantajları ve dezavantajlarıyla Bireysel Emeklilik Sistemi ve geldiği mevcut durum anlatılmış, uzman kişilerin görüşlerine de yer verilerek Bireysel Emeklilik Sisteminin Türk Sosyal Güvenlik Sistemine gelir yönünden gelecekte yapacağı katkılar aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır.
THE CONTRİBUTİON OF THE PRİVATE PENSİON SYSTEM TO THE SOCİAL SECURİTY SYSTEM AND THE SAMPLE OF TURKEY In my study named “The Contribution of the Private Pension System to the Social Security System and the Sample of Turkey,” the Private Pension System which was formed in the framework of social security reform has been introduced, and in what ways it will contribute to the Turkish Social Security System has been researched. The reason of why there is a need in Turkey for a Private Pension System has been explained and information has been given about what the Private Pension is. In accordance with the samples from the world, the necessity of the system for Turkey has been put forward. Operation of the Social Security System in Turkey has been expressed and the new Social Security Reform has been mentioned and a research has been carried out by meeting professional people from both Private Pension companies and professional people besides pension companies. Form the findings that have appeared after the research, with its points, advantages and disadvantages that need to be completed, and the Private Pension System and the present situation has been explained, also by expressing the opinions of the professional people, the contribution that the Private Pension System will do to the Social Security System, by means of income, has tried to be quoted.
