Abstract

FRANSA AHKÂM DEFTERİ (1634-1666) (İNCELEME-METİN) Kanuni döneminden itibaren başlayan Osmanlı-Fransız dostluğu bazı gerginlikler haricinde, çalışma konumuz olan Fransa Ahkâm defterinin tutulduğu 1634-1666 yılları arasında da devam etmiştir. Osmanlı Devleti, Fransızlarla ilgili davalarda tarafsız bir tutum sergilemiş, can ve mal güvenliği sağlanarak her türlü ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması ve Fransız din adamlarının ibadetlerini serbestçe yapabilmeleri için yerel yöneticilere hükümler gönderilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, çeşitli anlaşma ve ahidname metinlerinin, elçilere ve tüccarlara hitaben yazılan siyasî ve iktisadî hükümlerin transkripsiyon ve değerlendirilmesi yapılarak, 17. THE FRANCE PROVISION REGISTERS (1634 – 1666) (ANALYSIS – TEXT) The Ottoman-French friendship starting during the reign of Suleyman the Lawgiver also continued from 1634 to 1666 which was recorded at number 26/ 1 France Provision Registers in the registers of Foreign States despite some political tensions. The Ottoman Empire remained neutral in the cases of the French and decrees were sent to administrators in order to meet their needs for the life and property security and provide French clergymen with religious freedom within a tolerant framework that nobody interfered in. The aim of this research is to give information about political, commercial and cultural relations between two states by transcribing and evaluating the texts of various treaties and pacts and political and economic decrees which was written for ambassadors and merchants with the data of 32 years in the seventeenth century.
