Daha öğrencilik yıllarında Fransa’da başladığı yazarlık faaliyetine, Kafkasya’ya döndükten sonra da “halkının cehaletten kurtulması” ve onların haklarının müdafaası için daha yoğun bir şekilde devam etmiştir.
