Ameliyathane hemşirelerinin yönetsel sorunlarının incelenmesi

Abstract

1.ÖZET Hastanelerin stresli, izole ve yoğun çalışma temposu gerektiren bölümlerinden olan ameliyathaneler gerek çalışma ve faaliyet gerekse donanım yönünden hastanedeki diğer ünitelerden yönetim ve yönetim faaliyetleri açısından farklıdır. Ameliyathaneler yüksek oranda teknik bir alandır ve bu alanda çalışmak daha büyük bir sorumluluk gerektirmektedir. Bu alanda karşılaşılabilecek potansiyel risklerden hastalar kadar çalışanlar da etkilenmektedir. Araştırma, ameliyathane hemşirelerinin yönetsel sorunlarının incelenmesi amacıyla İstanbul İli Anadolu Yakasında bulunan 1 Üniversite, 6 Bakanlık ve 9 Özel Hastanelerin ameliyathane ünitesinde çalışan tüm hemşirelerle 04.11.2009 / 10.12.2009 tarihleri arasında tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metodlar, parametrik ve non-parametrik testler kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak, bilgi formu ve ameliyathane hemşirelerinin yönetsel sorunlarını belirlemeye yönelik anket formu kullanılmıştır. Ameliyathane hemşirelerinin yönetsel sorunlarla ilgili aldığı puan (146+12,94), yüksek düzeyde yönetsel sorunlar yaşadığı belirlenmiştir. Yönetsel sorunlardan yöneltme işlevinde (40,37+5,42) yüksek, koordinasyon işlevinde ise (11,97+2,50) düşük düzeyde yönetsel sorunlar olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca Üniversite, Bakanlık Hastanelerinde yönetsel sorunların Özel Hastanelere göre daha fazla yaşandığı görülmüştür. THE ANALYSIS OF MANAGERIAL PROBLEMS OF OPERATING ROOM NURSES Operating rooms, one of the stressed, isolated, and intensively worked sections of hospitals are different from the other units in terms of working, operation, and facilities as well as administration and administration activities. Operating rooms are highly technical areas and working in these areas requires higher responsibility. Hospital employees are affected as much as the patients from the potential risks that could occur in this working area. The study, being descriptive, was carried out with all nurses of one university, six ministerial and nine private hospitals at the Anatolian side of Istanbul, in order to analyze managerial problems of operating-room nurses, between the dates 04.11.2009 and 10.12.2009. Descriptive statistical methods and parametric and non-parametric test were used for the evaluation of the data. Data were collected by information forms as well as a questionnaire focused on determining managerial problems of operating-room nurses. The score of operating-room nurses regarding managerial problems was (146+12.94), which indicates high level of managerial problems. The score of orientation function was (40.37+5.42), showing high managerial problems whereas the score of coordination function was (11.97+2.50) which denotes low level of managerial problems. In addition, it was determined that managerial problems are experienced more in university and ministerial hospitals compared to private hospitals.
