dc.description.abstractLangerhans hücreli histiyositoz (LHH), çoğunlukla pediatrik hastalarda ortaya çıkar ve yetişkin LHH genelikle multisistem veya multifokal hastalığın bir parçası olarak görülen nadir bir hastalıktır. Olguların sadece %7,3’ü tek odaklı kemik lezyonu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır.
