Publication: Karadeniz Ereğlisi -Marmara denizi kumbağ bölgelerinde avlanan beyaz kum midyesi (chamelea gallina L., 1758)’nin biyometrisi ve ağır metal birikimlerinin karşılaştırılması
Abstract
Bu çalışmada araştırma materyali olarak seçilen Beyaz Kum Midyesi ( Chamelea gallina L., 1758 )’ nin biyometrisi ve bünyelerinde biriktirdikleri ağır metallerin ( Cu, Pb, Zn , Cd, Hg, ) analizleri yapılmıştır. Karadeniz Ereğlisi ve Marmara Denizi Kumbağ Bölgeleri çalışma alanları olarak seçilmiştir. Örneklemeler Karadeniz Ereğlisi Bölgesinde Kış 2005’ te başlamış ve Kış 2006’ da sona ermiştir. Marmara Denizi Kumbağ Bölgesindeki örneklemeler Sonbahar 2004’ te başlamış Sonbahar 2005’ te sona ermiştir. Son yıllarda aşırı avlanma nedeniyle denizlerimizde tükenmekte olan Beyaz Kum Midyesi ., ( C. gallina L 1758 ) neslinin devamı için biyometrik çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Beyaz Kum Midyesi ( C. gallina L 1758 ) denizlerde kıyı bölgelerde dip kısma tutunarak yaşadığı için bünyesinde ağır metal biriktirme özelliğine sahiptir.Bu nedenle ticari olarak yurt dışına ihraç edilen Beyaz Kum Midyelerinin bünyelerindeki ağır metal analizleri yapılmıştır. İki bölgeden toplanan Beyaz Kum Midyeleri soğutcu kaplara konarak laboratuara getirilmiştir. Milimetrik kumpasla yükseklik, kalınlık ve en boyutları ölçülmüştür. İki mm aralılarla gruplar elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen biyometrik veriler iki bölge için karşılaştırılmıştır. Metal analizlerinde küçük ( yükseklik ≤ 13 mm ) boy ve büyük ( yükseklik ≥ 17 mm ) olmak üzere iki farklı grup oluşturulmuştur. Metal analizlerinde kullanılacak midyelerin et kısımları kabuklarından ayrılmış ve etüvde kurutulmuştur. Sıvı faza kuvvetli asit çözünürleştirilmesiyle alınmıştır. Atomik Absorbsiyon Cihazı ( Shimadzu firmasının AA – 6701 – F9 Modeli ) ile okumlar yapılmıştır.Civa için hidrür sistemi diğer metaller için alev sistemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda C. Gallina’ ların en, kalınlık, yükseklik boyutlarının önceki çalışmalara oranla küçüldüğü tespit edilmiştir. Her iki bölgedeki Beyaz Kum Midyesi boyutlarının uygun değerlerde kalması için avlanmanın 3’ er yıllık periyotlarla dönüşümlü olarak yapılaması kararlaştırılmıştır. Karadeniz Ereğlisi Bölgesi daha fazla metal kirliliğine maruz kalmıştır.
This study is analysis of shellfish which are chosen as research material. So their width, thickness and height were measured and heavy metals that are in their constitution analysis.Ereğli of Black Sea and Kumbağ coast of Marmara Sea were chosen as research coasts. The researches in Kumbağ started of Autumn 2004, sampels were collected during seasons and the researches finished at Autumn 2005. The researches Ereğli started at Winter 2005 and sampels were collected until Winter 2006. Shellfish have diminished in last years because of hunting extremely and some researches were done to protect their generation. Shellfish Can acumulate heavy metals in constitution so that they live on share as hanging on bottom of sea. So the heavy metals that are in their constitution of shellfish which are exported for trade were analysed. Shellfish which had been collected from Ereğli and Kumbağ were put in freezer boxes and brought to laboratory. Their heights, widthes and thicknesses were measured by composing. Two groups were got by 2 mm spaces and were compared for two disricts. Two groups are small ( height ≤ 13 mm ) and big ( height ≥ 17 mm ).Outside surfaces of sampels were cleaned and they were separeted to mercury and other metals ( Fe, Zn, Cu, Cd, ) fore metal analysis. Then sampels were dried in furnace and taken to liquid phase by powerful acid. Hydrur system was wed for mercury and flave mode was used for metals. Sea which reasearchs started Winter 2005 and finished Winter 2006. Sampels collected season periods. Extremily hunted shellfish which descantes have diminished last years. Shellfish way of life catch on depth. Shellfish can accumulate heavy metals. Shellfish are proccessed which food produce marketed other country. Because of shellfish analiysed heavy metal. At the end of the research; it is found that the dimensions of C. gallina L., 1758 invidiuals ( width, height, thickness ) has decreased compared with previous studies. It is emphasized that catching should be operated upon periods of 3 years in order to keep the dimensions of white sand Shellfish in both regions within available values. İt is proued that the region of Karadeniz Ereğli has been affected by much more metal pollution.
