Bilgi toplumunda ekonomik gelişme

Abstract

Bilgi toplumu kavrami teknolojik ve mesleki degisimler üzerinden tanimlanir. Bilgi toplumlari telekomünikasyon ve bilgisayar teknolojisindeki teknolojik yeniliklere özel bir önem atfederler. Böylece iletilmesinde, biriktirilmesinde ve islenmesinde degisiklige ugrayan bilgi, toplumun tüm kesimlerinde bilgi önemli bir rol üstlenmistir. Bilgi toplumu, bilgi teknolojilerindeki gelismeler ve ekonomik gelisme arasindaki iliski incelenmeksizin anlasilamaz. Gelismekte olan ülkeler bilgi teknolojilerinin potansiyel avantajlarindan faydalanabilirlerse teknolojik ve toplumsal kapasitelerine ulasabilirler. Çünkü bilgi teknolojilerine yönelik yatirimlar ekonomik gelismeyi hizlandirir. Bu çalismada yeni bilgi teknolojileri ve ekonomik gelisme arasindaki iliskiler analiz edilecektir. Amacimiz bu süreci açiklayabilmektir. The definition of the 'knowledge society' emphasize upon technological innovation and occupational change. Knowledge societies pay the attention to the technological innovation at the telecommunication and computing. Thus, knowledge is that breakthroughs in information processing, storage and transmission have led to the application of knowledge technologies all corners of society. Knowledge society cannot be understood without the interaction between development of new knowledge technologies and economic development. The developing countries will need to find ways of combining their existing social and technological capabilities if they are to benefit from the potential advantages of knowledge technologies. Because knowledge technologies and investments are enabled and accelerated by rapid economic development. This work will to analyse the relationship between new knowledge technologies and economic development. Our goal can to explain this process.
