Abstract
Tezimizin konusu Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin Ekonomik Etkisi'dir.Bu tezimizde Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin Ekonomik Etkisini araştırmaya çalıştık.Bu günlerde Toplam Kalite Yönetimi(TKY) bir çok firma işletme tarafından uygulanmaktadır.Bu firmalar neden TKM uygularlar.Aslında cevap basittir:rekabet ve zorluklarla başa çıkabilmek için.Gerçektende TKY işe yaramakta mıdır?Bu tezimizde TKY işe yarayıp yaramadığını araştırmaya çalıştık. İlk bölümde Kalite ve TKY açıklanılmış ve bunlar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde TKY'nin etkisi anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.Ayrıca TKY'nin unsurlarının işletmelerin başarısını nasıl etkilediği açıklanılmaya çalışılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde TKY'nin verimlilik ,rekabet ,kar-maliyet ,istihdam ve enflasyon üzerindeki etkileri açıklanılmaya çalışılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde ise TKY'nin etkisini TKY uygulayan bir şirkette göstermeye çalıştık.Verinlilik oranlarını,üretim oranlarını,iade oranlarınıörnek olarak verdik ve TKY çalışmaları öncesi ve sonrası oranları karşılaştırdık.
Our thesis is about Effect of Total Quality Management.We try to examine Effect Of Total Quality Management .İn these days ,Total Quality Management(TQM) is being applied by a lot of companies.Why do they apply to TQM?Actually the answer is easy:to cope with competition and difficulties.Companies try to reduce their cost and try to increase their productivity,saving and profit to cope with competition.Does TQM really work?We try to examine whether it works or not. İn first chapter Quality and TQM has been explained. İn second chapter we try to show effect of TQM.We try to indicate how element of TQM affect the success of companies. İn third chapter we try to explain what kind of effect TQM has on competition,profit-cost,productivity,employment and inflation. İn fourth chapter we try to show effect of TQM in a company, which apply s to TQM ,by giving example of ratio of scrap,ratio of productivity,ratio of product and ratio of returning.We carefully compared ratios before TQM effort with ratios after TQM effort.
