Ebû Bekir İbnü'l-Arabî'nin nesih anlayışı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada İbnü’l-Arabî’nin nesih anlayışı iki ana bölümde ele alınarak müfessirin kimliğinin yanı sıra nesh olgusuna dair teorik ve pratik açıdan yaklaşımının tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bunun için birinci bölümde her mesele hakkında temel usul kaynakları esas alınarak tartışmalara yer verilmiş, İbnü’l-Arabî’nin bu tartışmalardaki yeri belirlenip ayet örneği verilerek her mesele detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde İbnü’l-Arabî’nin teorideki nesih anlayışının pratik olarak yansıması ele alınarak diğer müfessirlerin konu hakkındaki görüşleriyle karşılaştırmalı bi metot izlenmiştir. Böylece neshe konu olan ayetler, İbnü’l-Arabî açısından daha kapsamlı bir şekilde ortaya konulmuştur.İbnü’l-Arabî’nin nesih anlayışında ailesi, yaşadığı dönemin ilmi ve siyasî atmosferi, kendisinin ilmi birikimi gibi faktörlerin etkili olduğu söylenebilir. Her ne kadar İbnü’l-Arabî’nin mensuh ayetlerin sayısında titiz davrandığı söylenilse de esasında eserlerinde diğer neshe konu olan ayetlerin dışında seyf ve kıtal ayetleriyle yetmiş beş ayeti neshettiği tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte tefsiri ve nesih konusuna yer verdiği usul eserleri arasında büyük ölçüde tutarlı olduğu ancak bazı hususlarda çelişkili ifadelerin olduğu saptanmıştır. This study aims to discuss Ibn al-Arabi’s understanding of abrogation by determining his theoretical and practical approach to the phenomenon of naskh, as well as his identity in two chapters. In the first chapter, the discussions on each issue are presented on the basis of the main sources of methodology of the Qur’an and the place of Ibn al-Arabi in these discussions is determined by examining each issue in detail with examples from the verses of the Qur’an. In the second chapter, the practical side of Ibn al-Arabi's theory of abrogation is discussed by referring to his commentary work and his other methodological works where he talked about abrogation with a comparison between his opinions and the views of other commentators on the subject. It can be said that factors such as family, the scientific and political atmosphere in the era in which he lived, and his intellectual background were influential in Ibn al-Arabi's understanding of abrogation. Although it is said that Ibn al-Arabi was more careful when it comes to determining the number of abrogated verses in the Qur’an, this study shows that he actually came to the conclusion that “sayf” and “qitāl” verses abrogated seventy verses in the Qur’an, apart from the verses that have been the subject of abrogation. Although his exegetical and methodological works where he includes the subject of abrogation are in cohesion to a great extent, some contradictory statements were determined.
