İSAM (İslam Araştırmaları Merkezi) arşivi için elektronik belge ve doküman yönetim modeli

Abstract

Araştırma ve geliştirme sürecinin en önemli olan ilk adımı araştırma yolu ile bilgiye ulaşımın sağlanmasıdır. Bilgi Belge Merkezlerindeki kaynakları taramak şeklinde gerçekleşen geleneksel araştırma yöntemleri, bilgi, bilişim ve internet teknolojilerinin gelişmesi ile değişime uğramıştır. Bu değişimlerden biri de, araştırmacılara belge ve bilgileri elektronik ortamda sunma hizmetidir. Bu doğrultuda çalışmamızda, İSAM (İslâm Araştırmalar Merkezi) Arşivi’nde de böyle bir sistem kurulabileceği ve hizmet sunulabileceği tezini savunduk. Yani çalışmamızın amacı, İslâm Araştırmalar Merkezi Arşivi’nde elektronik belge ve doküman yönetim modeli uygulamaktır.

The most important first step of the process of research and development is to enable reaching information by doing research. Traditional research methods that are done by scanning sources at center of informatin and record changed because of developing information, informatics and internet technologies. One of these changes is the service of presenting information and record in an electronical environment to researchers. At this direction in our work we defended the thesis that a similar kind of system can be set up in İSAM and can serve to researchers. So the aim of our work is to carry out the management model of electronical record and document in İSAM.
