Eski Türkçe esenlik mektupları dil ve üslup incelemesi

Abstract

Eski Türkçe döneminde Eski Uygur Türklerinden günümüze ulaşan metin külliyatı içerisinde bulunan esenlik mektupları; mektubun göndericisi tarafından kervanlar ve postacılar aracılığıyla mektubun alıcısına iletildiği, genellikle göndericiden alıcıya bir selamlama içeren ve çeşitli vesilelerle haberleşmek amacıyla yazılan mektupları ifade etmektedir. Eski Türkçe metin külliyatı içerisinde mektupların bulunması eski Türklerde resmi yazışma geleneği dışında halk arasında da gelişmiş bir yazışma geleneğinin var olduğunu göstermektedir. Mektupların belirli bir düzende yazılması ve kalıplaşmış ifadelerin mektuplarda yer alması eski Türklerde geleneksel bir mektup biçiminin bulunduğunu göstermektedir. Söz konusu mektuplar eski Türklerin sosyal ve kültürel yaşamlarını ortaya koymalarının yanında dil tarihi açısından son derece önemli metinlerdir. Bu tez Giriş, Dil İncelemesi, Üslup İncelemesi, Transliterasyon ve Transkripsiyon, Türkiye Türkçesine Aktarım, Dizin olmak üzere 6 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada erişilebilen Eski Türkçe esenlik mektuplarının yazılış düzenleri ve üslup özellikleri ortaya konmuştur. Mektupların transliterasyon ve transkripsiyonu yapılmış ve Türkiye Türkçesine aktarımı sağlanmıştır. Mektupların gramatikal ve bağlam dizini hazırlanmış ve sonuç bölümünde esenlik mektuplarının genel bir değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır.

Letters of greeting, which are among the corpus of texts that have survived from the Old Uighur Turks during the Old Turkish period, refer to the letters that are transmitted by the sender of the letter to the recipient through caravans and postmen, usually containing a greeting from the sender to the recipient, and written to communicate on various occasions. The presence of letters in the corpus of Old Turkish texts shows that there was also a developed correspondence tradition among the people in addition to the official correspondence tradition. The fact that the letters are written in a particular order and that formulaic expressions are included in the letters shows that there was a traditional form of letter in the ancient Turks. In addition to revealing the social and cultural life of the ancient Turks, these letters are essential texts in terms of language history. This thesis consists of 6 chapters: Introduction, Style Analysis, Language Analysis, Transliteration and Transcription, Translation into Turkey Turkish, Index. In this study, the writing patterns and stylistic features of the Old Turkish letters of greeting were revealed. The letters have been transliterated and transcribed and transliterated into Turkey Turkish. A grammatical and contextual index of the letters was prepared, and a general evaluation of the letters of greeting was made in the conclusion.
