Publication: İç hastalıkları hemşirelerinin iş doyumu ve iş zenginleştirme durumlarının değerlendirilmesi
Abstract
Bu araştırma, İstanbul Sağlık Müdürlüğüne bağlı hastanelerde iç hastalıkları kliniğinde çalışan hemşirelerin iş doyumu ve iş zenginleştirme faaliyetlerini belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapıldı. Araştırmanın evrenini 33 hastanenin iç hastalıkları kliniğinde çalışan 532 hemşire, örneklemini ise çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 220 hemşire oluşturdu. Veri toplama araçları olarak hemşire bilgi formu, Minnesota İş Doyum Ölçeği ve iş zenginleştirme faaliyetleri belirleme anketi kullanıldı. Verilerin değerlendirmesinde SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 13.0 kullanıldı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde Ortalama, Standart sapma, bağımsız gruplarda t-test, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), Tukey HDS testi ve Pearson korelasyon analizi kullanıldı. Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin %47.7’si 27-31 yaş aralığında , % 94.1’i kadın ve % 62.6’sı ise evlidir. Hemşirelerin, %30.5’i Lisans mezunuyken, %25’i Sağlık Meslek Lisesi mezunudur. Çalıştıkları kurumlara bakıldığında ise, %76.8’i Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde çalışmaktadır. Hemşirelerin %53.6’sı 657 Devlet Memuru kadrosu ile ve %58.2’si nöbet usulüyle çalışmaktadır. Hemşirelerin çalışma yılları 1 yıl ile 32 yıl arasında değişmekte olup ortalama 10 yıl, iç hastalıkları kliniklerinde çalışma yılı ortalaması ise 5 yıla yakındır. Minnesota İş Doyum ölçeğinin genel ortalaması 3.01 olup orta düzey bir memnuniyetten söz edebilir. Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin % 77.3’ünün iş zenginleştirme ile ilgili herhangi bir eğitim almadığı, %91’inin hizmet içi eğitimlere katıldığı, %79’unun komite çalışmalarına katılmadıkları, % 82.9’unun bilgi ve yeteneklerini kullandıkları, %57,9’unun iş süreci gerçekleştirdiği, %51’inin otonomi kullandıkları, %25’inin yöneticisinden geri bildirim aldığı, %84’ünün işinin yararlı olduğunu düşündüğü ve %50’sinden fazlasının işini anlamlı bulduğu saptandı. İş doyumunu artırmak için kurumlardaki iş zenginleştirme uygulamalarının artırılması önerilebilir. Hemşire, iş doyumu, iş zenginleştirme.
Determining of the Job Satisfaction And Employee Job Enrichment Activities of Nurses Working in İnternal Medicine This study was conducted as descriptive to determine the jop satisfaction and employee job enrichment activities of nurses working in internal medicine clinics at goverment hospitals in İstanbul. The research universe is consisted of 532 nurses working in internal medicine clinics in 33 hospitals and the sample is consisted of 220 nurses working in internal medicine who agreed to participate in the study. Nurse information form, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale and a questionnaire to identify job enrichment was used as data collection tools. Obtained from survey data was analyzed by using SPSS program and frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Tukey test and Pearson correlation analysis was used for evaluating the data. Nurses surveyed 47.7% in the 27-31 age range,% 94.1 is women and 62.6% is the married. The education level of nurses, 30.5% is BA degree, whereas 25% is a graduate of Health High School. When looking at hospitals they are working; 76.8% has been working in Education and Research Hospital. 53.6% of the nurses is Civil Servants and 58.2% works with seizure procedures. Work of nurses varies between 1 year and 32 years and its average is 10 years, working in internal medicine clinic’s average is close to 5 years. The overall average a score of in Job Satisfaction Scale was 3:01 and a medium level of satisfaction can mention. It was determined that; 77.3 % of the nurses joining to this research did not receive any education about the job enrichment, 91 % of the nurses joining to this research participated in in-service training, 79 % of the nurses joining to this research did not participate in committee work, 82.9 % of the nurses joining to this research used their knowledge and skills, 57.9 % of the nurses joining to this research performed business process, 51% of nurses used autonomy, 25% of nurses got feedback from managers, 84% of the nurses joining to this research thought that their work was useful and more than 50 % of the nurses joining to this research found that their work was significant.
