Basında istihdam problemleri

Abstract

Özellikle 1980 sonrası değişen Türkiye'deki şirket yapılaşmaları basın sektöründe de etkisini göstermiştir. Buna bağlı olarak da tekelleşme olgusu Türk basın şirketlerinin yeni çehresini ortaya koymuştur. Bu gelişmeler gazetecilerin çalışma koşullarını da doğrudan etkilemiş, yasal ve sosyal korunması sorunu gündeme gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada basın sektöründe yaşanan değişim ve sorunlar ile gazetecilerin istihdam koşullarına etkileri anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu sorunların gazetecileri doğrudan etkilediği görülmüş, konuyla ilgili tespitler için gazetecilere anket yöntemiyle sorular yöneltilmiştir. Türkiye'de basında istihdam problemleri vardır ve bu problemlere neden olan noksanlıklara dikkat çekilmiştir. Especially after the year 1980 company varieties in Turkey have also effected the press sector. According this variation; monopolism achieved the new face of the Turkish press. That mentioned developments have effected the working conditions, it's brought a problem to protect the legal and social rights. With this study developments and crisis are explained, also how these things effect journalist's working condition. Seen, this problems act on journalists directly and to have a result, journalists are asked questionnaire. In Turkey it is employment problems in press and are called attention to deficiencies caused problems.
