Özel eğitim meslek okulu matbaa teknolojisi alanındaki öğrenciler için hazırlanan bireysel eğitim planlarının (BEP) etkililiğinin incelenmesi

Abstract

ÖZETÖZEL EĞİTİM MESLEK OKULU MATBAA TEKNOLOJİSİ ALANINDAKİ ÖĞRENCİLER İÇİN HAZIRLANAN BİREYSEL EĞİTİM PLANLARININ (BEP) ETKİLİLİĞİNİN İNCELENMESİBu çalışmanın amacı, özel eğitim meslek okulu matbaa teknolojisi alanındaki öğrenciler için hazırlanan bireyselleştirilmiş eğitim planlarının (BEP) etkililiğinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmacı aynı zamanda matbaa öğretmeni olduğu ve kendi öğretim sürecinin kalitesini arttırmayı hedeflediği için araştırma eylem araştırması olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma grubunu Bursa ili Yıldırım ilçesinde bulunan Rüveyde Dörtçelik Özel Eğitim Meslek Okulunda eğitim gören 3 onikinci sınıf öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Veriler kaba değerlendirme formu ve bireyselleştirilmiş öğretim planları ile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler araştırmacı tarafından bireyselleştirilmiş öğretim planlarında yer alan modül değerlendirme formları ile analiz edilmiştir. Özel Eğitim Meslek Okulu Meslek Programındaki (Hafif Düzeyde Zihinsel Engelliler İçin) matbaa teknolojileri alan programında bulunan 31 modülün 27’si için bireyselleştirilmiş öğretim planı hazırlanmıştır. 4 modül, atölyedeki donanım yetersizliği sebebiyle araştırmaya dahil edilememiştir. Araştırmaya katılan 3 öğrenci, 27 modül içinde 288 öğretimsel amaçlardan 269’unu gerçekleştirmiştir. Öğrencilerin ince motor becerilerinin yetersiz oluşu ve bilişsel süreçlerinin normal bireylere göre farklılık göstermesi sebebiyle 19 öğretimsel amaç kazandırılamamıştır. Uygulanan bireyselleştirilmiş öğretim planları sayesinde öğrencilerin belirlenen kazanımlara daha kolay ulaştığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğrenci velilerinin uygulama sürecine katılmada istekli olmaları ve konuyla ilgili olarak beceri kazanımı sürecinde ailelerin de içinde yer alabileceği üretim etkinliklerinin planlanması önerilmektedir. Ayrıca matbaa atölyelerinin fiziki imkanları arttırılarak malzeme yönünden eksiklikleri giderilmelidir.

INVESTIGATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INDIVIDUAL EDUCATION PLANS PREPARED FOR STUDENTS IN PRIVATE EDUCATION VOCATIONAL SCHOOL PRINTING TECHNOLOGYAbstractThe aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of individualized education plans (BEP) prepared for students in the field of printing technology of special education vocational schools. Since the researcher is also a printing teacher and aims to increase the quality of his own teaching process, the research was carried out as an action research. The study group consists of 3 twelfth grade students studying in Rüveyde Dörtçelik Special Education Vocational School in Yıldırım district of Bursa province. The data were collected with a rough assessment form and individualized teaching plans. The data obtained were analyzed with the module evaluation forms included in the individualized teaching plans by the researcher. An individualized education plan was prepared for 27 of 31 modules in the printing technologies field program in Special Education Vocational School Vocational Program (For Mild Mentally Handicapped Persons). 4 modules could not be included in the study due to the lack of equipment in the workshop. 3 students participating in the research realized 269 of 288 instructional purposes in 27 modules. Due to the insufficient fine motor skills of the students and the different cognitive processes compared to normal individuals, 19 instructional goals could not be achieved. It was concluded that the students reached the specified gains more easily thanks to the individualized teaching plans applied. It is recommended that parents of students be willing to participate in the application process and planning production activities in which families can be involved in the skill-building process. In addition, the physical facilities of the printing workshops should be increased and their deficiencies in terms of materials should be eliminated.
