Abstract
Vakıflar Osmanlı medeniyeti, müesseseleri, sosyal ve iktisadi hayatında son derece mühim bir ehemmiyeti haizdirler. Haremeyn bölgesi ise dini bakımdan taşıdığı kıymet vesilesi ile her dönemde olduğu gibi Osmanlı Devleti zamanında da önemini muhafaza etmiştir. Osmanlılar Haremeyn bölgesine götürdükleri hizmetlerin ekserisi vakıflar kanalıyla yürütmüşlerdir. Buralara yapılan hizmetlerde temel gaye Allah rızası ve Rasülullah sevgisidir. Bu sebeple yapılan işlerde hiçbir zaman kısıtlamaya gidilmemiş, ihtiyaç duyulan her şey kısa sürede ve en kaliteli olarak karşılanmıştır. Bunun yanında çeşitli alanlara yönlendirilen hizmetler son derece dikkat çekicidir. Mekke şehir çöplüğünün inşası, konaklama mahalleri ve sağlık için yapılan çalışmalar bunlardan bir kaçıdır. Tezde, Haremeyn vakıflarının ve Haremeyn hizmetlerinin tarihi gelişimi ile Osmanlı devletinin 1689 yılına kadar Haremeyn için yapmış olduğu vakıf hizmetleri ele alınmıştır. Bu muvacehede Haremeyn vakıflarının idaresi, vakıf kurucuları, vakıflar kanalıyla gerçekleştirilen hizmetler ve vakıfların türleri ele alınmıştır.
The foundation of Ottoman State are extremly important in the instution, civilization, social and economic life. The Haramayn region are also considered to be important in Ottoman state. Ottoman sodly performed servi,ces by means of fondations. The purpose of services was for the God-approval and for the respect to the prophet. For this reason the services were never restrich and the services were done in a shat periot. Of the without leasing their quality. Moreover the necessity of services directed to the diverse are notable. The consruction of Macca cities rubbish heop and the services for hotels and healty are few examples of this. İn this thesis the historical development of Haramayn endowmwets and the services cunducted by ottoman state fiel 1689 were investigated in this direction.
