Abstract
HÂFiZUDDÎN MUHAMMED EL-BEZZÂZÎ HAYATI VE EL-FETÂVÂ ADLI ESERİ ISIGINDA FIKHÎ GÖRÜSLER Hanefî mezhebinin yetistirmis oldugu en büyük alimlerden biri olan Bezzâzî, ömrünün büyük bir bölümünü Altınordu devletinin baskenti olan Saray sehrinde geçirmis, kendisini büyük bir söhrete kavusturan el-fetâvâ’l-Bezzâziyye adlı eserini yazmıs, Kırım ve Bulgar sehirlerinin dısında bir dönem de Anadolu’ya giderek ilmi mübâheselerde bulunmus ve 827/ 1424 yılında vefat etmistir. Bezzâzî’nin mezhebin temel görüslerinin aktarılmasında büyük bir islev gören elfetâvâ’l- Bezzâziyye adlı eseri ise mezhebin en güvenilir kaynaklarından biri olup kendinden önce yazılan eserlerde geçen görüslere ısık tutmustur. Bunun yanında yazarımız eserinde yasadıgı devre de ısık tutmus ve kimi meselelerde de sahsî tercih ve görüslerini dillendirmistir. Bu çalısmada yapılan ise onun özgün yanını, meseleler hakkındaki yorumlarını ve meselelere bakıs açısını daha ön plana çıkaracak fıkhî çözümlere yer vermek ve bu yolla onun fıkıh ilmine yapmıs oldugu katkıları ortaya koymaktır
HÂFIZUDDÎN MUHAMMED EL-BEZZÂZÎ HISLIFE HIS ISLAMIC LAW IDEAS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF EL-FETÂVÂ Bezzâzî, who was educated by the doctrine of Hanafi and was one of the prominent figure of his era, and spent most of his life in Saray, the capital city of Altınordu. He wrote el- Fetâvâ which has provided a big fame to him and joined scientific negotiations, going to Anatolia as will as to the cities of Kırım and Bulgaria, and died in 827/ 1424. The masterpiece, el-Fetâva’l-Bezzâziyye has had a big function in transferring the basic concepts of Bezzâzî sect and has been one of the most precious sources by sheding light upon the ideas in the masterpieces having been written before him. Additionally, the author shed light upon the age he led his life and he put forward his own ideas and preferences in some matters. What is done in this study is to put contributions to Islamic Law into the front line by taking consideration his own ideas and his point of view to the matters of his era on this.
