Havalı tabanca atışı esnasında sert tabanlı ayakkabı kullanımının statik denge ve atış esnası kol salınımına etkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı profesyonel havalı tabanca sporcularında statik denge ve salınım performansının farklı yere basma koşullarında değerlendirilmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmaya 13 gönüllü (9 kadın ve 4 erkek) havalı tabanca sporcusu katılmıştır (yaş: 22 yıl; boy: 161 cm; kilo: 67 kg; spor yaşı: 8.7 yıl; en yüksek müsabaka skoru: 564 puan). Çalışma ölçümleri müsabaka koşulunda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcılara ayakkabısız ve sert tabanlı ayakkabı olmak üzere 2 farklı yere basma koşulunda statik denge ve salınım testleri uygulanmıştır. Kol salınımı ve atış performans parametrelerinin tespiti için SCATT elektronik antrenman sistemi, ayak tabanı salınım, gezinti alanı, statik denge verilerinin tespiti için ise Tecnobody Pk 252 statik denge ölçüm aracı kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Gerçekleştirilen ölçümler sonucu yapılan değerlendirmelerde, EA, FBSD ve P parametrelerinin ayakkabılı koşulda anlamlı derecede daha iyi olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Silahlı ve silahsız gerçekleştirilen ölçümlerde ise, ACoPY performansı her iki koşulda da silahlı durumda daha iyi çıkarken, katılımcıların ayakkabısız şekilde gerçekleştirilen denge ölçümlerinde, MLSD performansının silahlı koşulda anlamlı derecede iyi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmış, atış esnası kol salınım parametreleri için anlamlı bir farklılık bulunamamıştır. Sonuç: Bulguların değerlendirilmesi sonucunda, sert tabanlı atış ayakkabısı kullanıp kullanmama durumunun denge performansını etkilediği fakat atış puan performansına ve kol salınımına olan etkilerinin anlamlı olmadığı söylenebilir.

Objective: The aim of this research is to evaluate the static balance and swing performance of Professional air pistol athletes under different landing conditions. Materials and Methods: Thirteen volunteer air pistol athletes (nine women and four men) participated in the research (age: 22 years; height: 161 cm; weight: 67 kg; sports age: 8.7 years; highest competition score: 564 points). Study measurements were carried out under competition conditions. Static balance and oscillation tests were applied to the participants in two different stepping conditions: without shoes and with hard-soled shoes. SCATT electronic training system was used to determine arm swing and shooting performance parameters, and the Tecnobody Pk 252 static balance measurement tool was used to assess foot sole swing, travel area, and static balance data. Result: As a result of the evaluations made from the measurements, it was concluded that EA, FBSD, and P parameters were significantly better in the shod condition. While the ACoPY performance was better in the armed and unarmed measurements in both situations, in the balance measurements of the participants without shoes, it was concluded that the MLSD performance was significantly better in the armed condition, and no significant difference was found for the arm oscillation parameters during shooting. Conclusion: As a result of the evaluation of the findings, it can be said that whether or not using hard-soled shooting shoes affects balance performance, but its effects on shooting score performance and arm swing are not significant.
