Abstract
1980’lerle birlikte reel sosyalizm ve geleneksel işçi örgütlenmeleri -parti, sendika vb.- genel bir gerileme-yenilgi dönemi yaşamışlardır. Bu gerileme-yenilgiyi kendisi için bir basamak olarak da kullanan burjuvazi, neo-liberal politikalar çerçevesinde toplumsal sistemini restore etmeye başlamıştır. Güvencesizlik, çalışma koşullarının temel belirleyeni haline gelmiştir. Ancak bu uygulamaların bir sonucu olarak ortaya çıkan yığınsal mülksüzler kitlesi, hızla tepkilerini ve taleplerini ortaya koymuştur. Bu çalışma ile 1980’lerle birlikte başlayan yeni işçi hareketleri ve hızla iktidara yönelen eylem biçimleri anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu sürecin açıklaması, uluslararası emek araştırmacılarının toplumsal hareket sendikacılığı adını verdiği kavramsallaştırma temelinden yapılmaktadır. Yani bu kavram, yeni işçilerin salt sendikal örgütlenme sorununu değil; hareket biçimlerini kavrama, ona uygun örgütsel kanallarını yaratma tartışması olarak da ele alınmalıdır.
By 1980’s the existing socialism and traditional workers organizations –party, union, etc- had lived a defeat term. Bourgeoise, who used this regression-defeat as a footboard for itself, began to restore the capitalist social system within the framework of neo-liberal policies. Precarity became the essential determining factor of the labour conditions. However, the dispossessed masses that appear as a result of this practice, have demonstrated their reactions and demands rapidly. This work tries to represent the new workers movements that have started by 1980’s and the action types that run to the power rapidly. Clarification of his process is made in the basis of the conception which is named social movement unionism. That is to say, this concept must be taken on not only as to grasp the organization question of new workers. It must also be taken as a discussion of grasping movement types and creating the acceptable organizational channels.
