While brucellosis is one of the causes of acute swelling of the testis, it is not encountered often in non-endemic regions. Although the most common genitourinary involvement of brucellosis is epididymoorchitis, other findings may also occur. Herein, we report a patient with brucellosis presenting as the first sign as epididymo-orchitis, with the review of the current literature.
