Personel seçiminde testlerin kullanımı ve bankacılık sektöründe bir uygulama

Abstract

Günümüzde organizasyonlarda çalışanların önemi artmaktadır.Çünkü organizasyonun her üyesi organizasyonun başarısına katkıda bulunmaktadır.Bu yüzden organizasyonlar doğru pozisyona doğru kişileri seçmelidir.Bu çalışanlar seçilirken testler personel seçiminde kullanılan yöntemlerden biridir. Bu çalışmayla testlerin seçim yöntemleri arasındaki önemi, test kullanıcıların uymaları gereken noktalar,test türleri açıklanıyor.Testler sayısal olarak ifade edildiğinden adayları objektif olarak değerlendirebiliriz.Testler bankacılık sektöründe de kullanılıyor.Bankalar personel seçiminde bilişsel yetenek testlerini, kişilik testlerini , bilgi testlerini kullanıyor. Using Of The Tests Personnel Selection And Application For A Banking Sector The importance of the employee is increasing nowadays.Because every employee of the organization contributes to the succesful of the organiations.So organizations should choose the right person for the right position.When we are choosing these people , tests are one of the selection process. With this study , the importance of the tests in personnel selection process the points that test users should obey,types of tests are explained.Since test results are numerical we can appraise the applicants objectively.Tests are used in Banking sector.Banks use cognitive ability tests, personality tests and knowledge tests for the personnel selection process.
